(N.Morgan) The America we once knew has long faded into the dying sunset.
The prayer vigil at Standing Rock, ND took a tragic turn yesterday as police became aggressive and abusive to the Water Protectors.
In the midst of the violence the Water Protectors are being doused with pepper spray, tasered in the face, being pummeled by rubber bullet assaults and LRAD, deployed by the militarized police forces that are attempting to take over sacred land.
The Water Protectors are being jailed, assaulted, beaten, and sexually humiliated for.. praying..
Jesus Wagner 19 hrs near Fort Yates, ND: Standing Rock … I was shot with a rubber bullet in the face by the police …
( Information came in that no children were killed yesterday and the elder who was tazed didn’t suffer a heart attack)
The Water Protectors are praying for our water to be clean and safe to drink, they are praying for humanity to wake up before all of our precious, natural resources dwindle down to nothing.
This is not the America we read about in history books, this is not the country that once stood proud as the nation known for its freedoms and liberties.
This is no longer the land where dreams can come true and religious freedoms are respected and embraced, which is the foundation of The US Constitution.
We have effectively entered the Police State, the ultimate Agenda 21 take over is taking place and the mainstream media, along with Hillary Clinton and Obama remain silent on the subject.
If you are under the impression this doesn’t affect you or won’t affect you, think again.
When the police are protecting the interests of the big corporations over the peoples’ rights, we are all in trouble.
This sort of tyranny has been slowly oozing its way into the very fiber of this country and has completely disregarded the rights of the citizens that live within its borders.
Many misunderstand that the land in question is protected under the Fort Laramie Treaty of 1851.
In 1851, one of the most important treaties was signed at Fort Laramie in present-day Wyoming.
The treaty council was attended by thousands of Indians from several different tribes.
The Treaty of Fort Laramie of 1851 defined boundaries between Indian tribes of the northern Great Plains.
The tribes that signed the treaty in 1851 agreed to:
allow travelers, railroad surveyors, and construction workers to enter tribal lands safely;
allow the government to establish posts and roads;
pay for any wrongdoing of their people;
select head chiefs to deal with U.S. government agents;
cease fighting with other tribes.
The United States had to protect Indians from U.S. citizens;
deliver annuities if the terms of the treaty were upheld.
Fort Laramie Treaty of 1851.
This treaty was the first effort to define the territory of the Great Sioux Nation of Lakotas, Dakotas, and Nakotas.
The treaty council was attended by thousands of Sioux men and their families as well as soldiers and officers of the U.S. Army, representatives of the United States government, and interpreters.
Note that the tribes that surrounded the Sioux Treaty Lands did not yet have defined territories.
The Treaty of 1851 did not establish a reservation, but began the process of defining territory in which the Sioux could live and hunt.
The treaty was supposed to reduce warfare among the Indian tribes of the northern Great Plains.
The leader of this attempt to high-jack Native Land is Kelcy Lee Warren, the petro-pipeline giant.
Standing Rock Sioux Tribe:
As reported via video evidence from the front lines on 10-27-16.
A man berating an assault rifle broke thru a barricade and was speeding toward the Oceti Sakowin camp, he was run off the road 1/4 mile north from the Camp.
The man exited the vehicle where he appeared to be disguised as a water protector.
He than fired several shots from his assault rifle. Tribal Law Enforcement responded, the man was than apprehended.
Insurance Documents from the vehicle reveal that it is owned by Dakota Access Pipeline.
We commend the BIA Law Enforcement to their commitment of public safety and for their quick response and apprehension of the suspect who was clearly meanings to do harm.
Snippets from what happened yesterday at the #NODAPL frontline in ND:
-Over 100 Water Protectors have been arrested in an act of civil disobedience, in the face of a militarized police force.
- President Obama had asked that work stop within 20 miles of river yet national guard were used to clear the way for yesterday’s police sweep & DAPL construction.
- men and women were pulled out of a sweat lodge ceremony at gunpoint.
- DAPL security forces were part of the invasion. They had armed men with AR-15 and had malicious intent to sneak into the camp.
- the similarities to wounded knee cannot be ignored. There was potential last night to turn a peaceful protest into a major tragedy.
- the racial undertones of yesterday’s actions cannot be ignored. Armed white men stand off against police in Oregon: Acquitted. Unarmed water protectors in North Dakota: Concussion grenades, rubber bullets and batons.
- FAA made a no fly zone yet DAPL private security planes and choppers were flying all day.
- ND police have been saying we are armed vigilantes. The only weapons on site yesterday were in the hands of militarized police. Assault rifles, snipers, concussion grenades, batons, etc.
- Horse back riders were attacked by police on ATVS resulting in one horse being hurt so severely that it had to be put down.
- There were national guard humvees on site with snipers stationed on top.
Update: Law enforcement are targeting medics.
We had two medics arrested and nearly two more arrested.
Medics were at the frontline trying to move their car out as police advanced.
Two medics were sitting on the trunk. Police approached and hit them both with batons, knocking them both to the ground.
Water Protectors helped those medics before law enforcement could grab them.
In the meantime, police surrounded the CLEARLY LABELED car (big Red Cross in the hood as well as on all medic personnel) and grabbed the driver (one medic) while the car was in motion.
The other medic was in front of the car and nearly hit by the car as the police took out the driver medic.
This is a clear safety risk that the police caused. Both of those medics were arrested.
We are asking for more help here.
Things are more escalated than before.
We need you to stand with us, and we need your help financially as we have lost medical supplies and infrastructure in today’s raid.

What you can do to help:
Every single one of the people that can affect this situation and others like it are easily contacted, up to and including President Obama, using this link: http://www.usa.gov/elected-officials
I urge you to do more than comment on FB and take a little time to actually CONTACT them.
ALL of them.
If you can do so, an actual letter in the mail appears to make more impact than electronic contact does.
If you’re moved to write either the committee members or the banks financing the pipeline, make sure to be courteous and provide accurate details.
The squeaky wheel will get the grease.

In addition to the legislators, there are 17 financial institutions behind the pipeline: http://www.yesmagazine.org/…/how-to-contact-the-17...
Ask the banks to clarify whether funds they are providing are being used, in any amount, to pay for the heavily militarized response to the Standing Rock Sioux, including the attack dogs, sound-cannon trucks, heavily armed officers, and even a crop duster spraying undetermined chemicals over the camp.
It’s equally important to get yourself registered to vote and then show up at the polls to support someone you do approve of or who supports the same things you do.
Make sure like-minded people do the same and help them get to the polls, if needed.
If there’s nobody running for office with a platform sympathetic to your viewpoint, consider running for office yourself or drafting a candidate who is.
