Yesterday the parliament of Australia voted no to the plebiscite so the Australian people don’t have there fundamental right to vote on this issue. So the parliament of Australia denied the Australian people the right to vote which is discrimination, treason,, and denial of a fundamental rights of the Australian people.

Enough is Enough. I call for the parliament of the Commonwealth to engage a Royal Commission enquiry and a special jury into corruption, dictatorship,,, slavery and white collar crime iin the parliament of Australia against the Australian people.

Under your logic, we should have plebiscites on all legislation. Where would you draw the line? Howard did not need a plebiscite to change the wording of the marriage Act, why do we need one to change it again. We go to war without a plebiscite and that impacts more one Australia than marriage equality will. show less

Page 791 of the constitution 2nd last paragraph it states clearly
Neither Federal or State Parliaments are not sovereign bodies they are simply legislators with limited authority , If they attempt to past a law in excess of that authority the law is annulity and it comes under no authority and cant be enforced.

So does this mean that he never had lawful authority to send our troops to a war on lies and deception and put our son’s, daughter’s, brother’s, sisters in harms way.

In 1988 four proposals to amend the Constitution were put to voters in accordance with section 128 of the Constitution . One of those proposals sought to give constitutional recognition to Local government but the proposal was not carried.
The Constitution dose not recognize Local Government. Any change to the Constitution to recognize Local government would need to be approved by voters at a referendum.  your sincerely

So in the last 6 years when was that referendum as the letter above is dated
8/ july/ 2010

The result of that Referendum was that over 67% of the people of Australia and States of WA, SA, VIC, TAS, NSW, and QLD voted NO, It is clear that NO “system of Local Government/ Council” may be Lawfully ” established or continued” within the commonwealth of Australia or within any of the various States.

The Constitutional decision made by the people in 1988 implied, “All Councils now operate with NO Head of Power, A Head of Power is the Authority to act. No State can Legislate to Dignify Councils with a Head of Power. NO council officer is now indemnified from Prosecution or from any private form of Litigation and NO Council LAWS or BY LAWS can be used Lawfully against any Citizen and is Criminal Contempt against the Australian People

please inform me when the referendum was to make
(Local government / councils) Lawful and any BI LAW Lawful in any state from 1988.

Is it not true that any change to anything in the constitutions federal and state has to go to a referendum of the Australian people.

Constitution – Section 128 – Mode of altering the Constitution can only be by way of referendum. Since Federation, only 8 of the 44 proposals to amend the Constitution via a referendum have passed. Over 70% of the proposed changes were rejected by the Australian people.

Please inform me when a referendum was to change the emblem of the parliament of the commonwealth to a kangaroo, sheild , emu with the star of davit over the top and the wording parliament of Australia
