We recently uncovered U.S. Patent Number 6,965,816 (10.9 MB) awarded on Nov. 15, 2005 to the named sole inventor Richard C. Walker titled:

“PFN/TRAC System FAA Upgrades For Accountable Remote and Robotics Control To Stop The Unauthorized Use of Aircraft and to Improve Equipment Management and Public Safety in Transportation.”

While this patent focuses on aircraft, it is written so broadly as to encompass all kinds of equipment and devices, including people, defined as “wet-ware.”

While the patent was issued on Nov. 15, 2005, it incorporates filings going all the way back to Dec. 2, 1996.

Most patents incorporate provisional patents and related technology upon which they rely. AFI and American Intelligence Media (AIM) researchers cataloged those claims for this patent below. Several critical pieces of information emerge.

First, these patents to remotely control vehicles started being filed within two months of the passage of the Economic Espionage Act of 1996 (EEA) during Bill Clinton’s first term. The EEA was written by law professor James P. Chandler, III.

Robert Mueller, James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Larry Summers were strategically positioned at the top of the Justice Department and Treasury. The patentee, Richard C. Walker, could have patented a ham sandwich had this group wanted it.

Second, the evident intent of the Walker patent was to illustrate the technology planned for control of everything—The Internet of Things. 

THEIR JUSTIFICIATION: The benevolent control of vehicles and aircraft in hijack situations was merely the cover story for the development of a global surveillance grid on everyone and everything. Given the timing of these Walker filings (around 9/11), one is increasingly skeptical about who really caused 9/11.

Third, Robert S. Mueller’s law firm, Wilmer Hale LLP, formerly Hale & Dorr LLP, drove Walker’s filings. Mueller was sworn in as FBI director just seven days before 9/11. This clearly implicates Wilmer Hale in the treachery.

Fourth, the global data sharing platform described in the patent was not doable by the likes of IBM, Microsoft, Boeing, AT&T and Cisco. They were all behind the curve from an R&D perspective when the Internet emerged. For example, Bill Gates thought it was a fad. The telephone pager network that Walker described could not scale to the volumes required for such global communication.

James P. Chandler surely could not believe his luck, when, in early 2000, Michael McKibben of Leader Technologies was first introduced to him. Leader was looking for the best patent attorney in the country to protect its social networking innovations.

Chandler, on the other hand, needed a fix for the Deep State’s ailing digital takeover master plan. He agreed immediately to be Leader’s patent attorney. He then spent the next three years deceiving Leader until he was able to get his hands on the underlying engineering source code, which he immediately shuffled to the IBM Eclipse Foundation where DOJ’s Eric Holder and IBM’s David Kappos were waiting, along with Cisco, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Kleiner Perkins, Qualcomm, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, AT&T and a host of other rogue C.I.A. providers.

Leader’s source code was essential to building The Internet of Things, quickly.

The current and former FBI directors are members of a dangerous Cartel whose agenda is a self-styled New World Order.

A light was shined on the FBI director when it was discovered that former FBI director, Robert S. Mueller, III  (2001-2013), recommended Obama’s Supreme Court recent nominee, Merrick B. Garland, to be circuit judge for the District of Columbia in 1995. 

New World Order proponents, like hedge fund billionaire, George Soros, and former Hillary Clinton political adviser, Anne-Marie Slaughter, call it A New World Order. The rest of us call it plain old greed and lust for power in new clothes.

James Comey fired as head of the FBI is darkly comical. Now, there will be a timid technocrat in charge who’ll dare not deviate from the deep state line before a new trapeze artist can be installed, a con-man who’ll be required to try and shield all of the criminals at the top, even as those criminals are at each other throats in what amounts to a Roman circus of captive beasts tearing each other apart. Trump didn’t grasp not only does nearly everyone blackmail everyone, the CIA has dirt on (or creates dirt) and blackmails all of them and Comey’s job was to try to balance the warring parties without losing control of the rotten apples cart.

The story in short: following on Robert Mueller rewarded with the FBI directorship after sabotaging the biggest international arms & narcotics trafficking money laundering case ever (BCCI) as a Department of Justice lawyer, Comey was selected from BCCI successor arms and narcotics money laundering HSBC Bank board of directors to replace Mueller.

BCCI and HSBC had been consecutive terrorism money laundering operations, with links to western intelligence agencies, inclusive of MOSSAD and CIA in relation to arms trafficking, narcotics trafficking and funding insurgencies over the history of the past 3+ decades. Are the people shielding these activities who you would want to see heading up the FBI? Not really, but that’s what we’ve had. And it’s what we’ve had for quite a long time. HSBC also held assets for bankers accused of looting funds from former Soviet states, while alleged crimes by other account holders include bribery at Malta’s state oil company, cocaine smuggling from the Dominican Republic and the doping of professional cyclists in Spain.

The Swiss bank also held accounts for “politically exposed people” – defined as senior political figures or their relatives at heightened risk of involvement in corruption, money laundering, or avoiding international sanctions – with little evidence of any extra scrutiny of their activities.

Why a Special Counsel Should Be Appointed to Investigate Robert Mueller 

Some of the finest investigative journalists have recently documented different parts of what constitutes, in its totality, a single consistent narrative portrayal of Robert Mueller, as being a person who can be understood only as either incredibly incompetent, or else profoundly corrupt (which latter they all seem to be agreeing that he actually is). This complete collective picture of Mueller, as being profoundly corrupt, will be presented here, with links to all of the journalists’ articles, each of which, I have personally checked and verified its sources. Consequently, I accept as true, and here summarize, their collective account of Robert Mueller — the former FBI Director and current Special Counsel assigned to assemble a case for impeaching President Trump — as being a profoundly corrupt person:

The targeting of Mr. Flynn through consolidated Obama Whitehouse leaks and one-sided media attacks began six months prior to the Special Counsel appointment. It started with an editorial penned by Mr. Flynn on November 8, 2016, when he became the first public official to unabashedly expose the radical cleric long protected by multiple government agencies- the CIA, State Department and FBI, starting under President Bill Clinton’s administration:
