111TH CONGRESS: SANFORD BISHOP’S CO-SPONSORING OF THE COCAINE KINGPIN ACT ENDANGERING AMERICA

              Breaking investigative research has uncovered deeper dangers from the 111^thCongress’s actions. The seriousness of these actions can lead to greater deaths, crimes, and murders across the country as the law, 111-220, may easily be seen as a fight against the enforcement of penalties from drug convictions, while enabling cocaine kingpins to propagate their crimes with less fear of the punishments available for these drug-related crimes. This bill has been brought up twice before, in 2007 and 2009, with Sanford Bishop’s co-sponsoring support every time, by Sheila Jackson-Lee (also known as a participant along with Co-Sponsor Sanford Bishop, in the infamous Scholarship-Gate).

               Sanford Bishop, VP Biden (Senate Sponsor of the Cocaine Kingpin Act), the Obama Administration and the democratically controlled 111^thCongress, however, has endangered our communities by signing into the law, under the radar, the COCAINE KINGPIN ACT, a.k.a. THE FAIR SENTENCING ACT of 2010: Public Law 111-220. This law makes it where you have to have 6 to 7 more times the amount for a mandatory 5/10 yr sentence, thereby allowing these individuals on the streets driving cars, having promiscuous sex with other drug users, and steadily drawing a greater need for more crack to feed their addiction.

What could be worse than this? Bobby Scott (D) of VA, another CBC member, is trying to get this law to be made retroactive under the Fair Sentencing Clarification Act of 2010. If this ever became law, it would immediately result in thousands of convicted crack users/possessors/sellers being put back out onto the streets.

                The original laws on the books were put into place due to the violence in the 80’s where there seemed to be a higher violence rate for crack users rather than powder cocaine users. A “disparity” was put into place within the laws as a result by the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986. The disparity, a 100:1 ratio, made federal penalties penalize the possession of an amount of crack 100 times smaller than the amount of cocaine that would lead to similar sentences.

                The new law in reference reduces this disparity to an 18:1 ratio, however, they were wanting it to be a 1:1 ratio. But here is the kicker. Instead of raising the lower penalties to the higher levels, they reduce the sentencing to the lower requirement, thereby placing these drug users/sellers, or people caught with Crack-Cocaine back on the streets sooner making the public more endangered. It also eliminated the minimum mandatory sentences for 1^sttime offenders of simple possession of Crack-Cocaine.

                Just take a second and think about this. What kind of Congressman/women would actively pursue alleviating the penalty for Crack users? Why would you want these people to not be penalized so that the sell of Crack is further propagated? What kind of all-out fool do you have to be to do such a thing?

                Here’s the second kicker. The reason why there was such a push to pass this law was because of claims of racism, and that blacks were being unfairly targeted. Evidently, according to the Congressmen and women, the reason why our prison systems have more blacks than whites is because Crack Cocaine convictions are racist acts that have resulted in higher amounts of blacks being put in jail than that of Cocaine powder and whites. The facts, however, indicate that Crack users are those who tend to already be abuse-prone users who are seeking a more efficient mechanism of intake due to a greater need of repeat use. In other words, these are the people who getting “cracked out”, have already lost some of their common senses, have more of a need for the ever illusive next high, and will do anything to get their fix. These are the dangerous ones, not because they are black, but because they are the ones who have already become abuse-prone. There just happens to be more abuse-prone blacks than whites. What’s next? Crack users all across America suing the Federal Government because they were “disparaged” as a result of their own criminal activity?!!! Come on! Give me a break!!! Yet, the rampant fraud from Pigford I and II is already setting the stage for this absurdity!

                How about we state the truth for a change and face the factors of race head on. Pigford is full of fraud, rampant fraud and the very co-Sponsor of this COCAINE-KINGPIN ACT which reduces punishment for serious criminal drug-related acts within the black community was complicit in his knowledge of fraud within the Pigford Settlement and did nothing to stop it while actually going a step further and telling the original farmers to keep quiet on it, thereby violating the public fiduciary trust placed in him. It only makes sense that one entrenched in fraud would lend a hand to those of other criminalistic leanings. The American Tax-Payer has now not only been robbed, but also has had their lives endangered by these corrupt idiots in office, and yes, Sanford Bishop, I am calling you an absolute idiot because I am tired of being politically correct while you allow the American Taxpayer to be robbed and Endanger Our Lives!!! Maybe you can make all those years up where you, yourself, are rotting a jail cell of your own.
