James Madison reads his proposed Bill of Rights in the First Congress
In considering all that took place as to establish the amendments which were the altering of the Constitution by the adding of legal protections for the mainstream people …
As I read and consider all that it took … a clear picture is envisioned as to how the governing staffs of the constitution did not want these added benefits for the mainstream people … and how a few who stood up for the mainstream people .. made these changes (as little as they really were) even possible …
And when you study the wording of the amendment 1 … you’ll understand why I said as little as they were …
WE the people of the Elite (of the UN)
WE the people of the governing constitution and congress staff (of the United States)
WE the people of the mainstream people (of the United states)
Now the first Amendment states;
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Now awaken eyes … lets consider that the people of congress stated here are those which are the representatives of the governing constitution staff and their bloodline … (and not the representatives of the mainstream people or their blood line) …
Also consider that this governing constitution staff is saying in this first amendment … that they will at no time … make a law as to respect any establishment of the mainstream people’s religion .. which meant they themselves would not respect any religion of the mainstream people …
But at the same time this first amendment also states that the governing constitution staff … will make no law prohibiting the free exercise of the people’s chosen religion …
This is to say that though the governing constitution staff will not respect the mainstream people’s chosen religions … at the least the mainstream people are free to pursue their chosen religion …
Now I at the least thank the Righteous and Positive Light GOD for that …
Yet consider that this amendment goes on to say that the governing constitution staff will make no law for them to respect the adding on of the Bill of Rights’ freedom of speech …
Nor make no law for them to respect the added on of the bill of rights‘ freedom of press …
Nor make no law for them to respect the added on of the bill of rights‘ freedom of the people to peaceably assemble …
Nor make no law for them to respect the adding on of the bill of rights‘ to petition (appeal to a higher authority) of the Government for a redress (compensation) of grievances.
Yet even they of the governing constitution staff admit that there is a Higher Government than they of the their governing constitutional staff .. and I consider that this noted higher government has been the negative satanic elite …
And as long as the negative satanic elite were in their seat of power … the mainstream people were under the reign of the merciless hands of the diabolical governing constitution staff …
Yet there is the Divine intervention ….. and as the Empowered Positive Light Elite … replaces the sinister negative elite … so will the process continue to replace all the diabolical governing constitution staff …. and do so by the seating of a Righteous Governing Constitution Staff …
And as the Righteous Governing Constitution Staffs are being put in place … their allies will be detained in those camps these diabolical allies had been using in secret for the sadistic suffering of the mainstream people …
Here is a little History in the struggle to at the least give some rights for the mainstream people ….
It’s said HERE that a proposal by delegate Charles Pinckney to include several rights including “liberty of the press” and a ban on quartering soldiers in private homes … was submitted to the Committee on August 20, 1787, but the Committee did not adopt any of Pinckney’s recommendations.
The matter of ratification (formal approval) for the mainstream people came up before the Convention staff of the Constitution on September 12, 1787 … and that following a brief debate over establishing rights for the mainstream people … the proposals to include a Bill or Rights for the mainstream people in the Constitution were rejected.
With ratification (formal approval) in serious doubt, Federalists announced a willingness to take up the matter of a series of amendments (altering of the Constitution), to be called the Bill of Rights, soon after this ratification (formal approval) and the First Congress (conference meeting of the Constitution staff) comes into session.
The concession (compromising of the mainstream people’s right) was undoubtedly necessary to secure the Constitution’s hard-fought ratification (formal approval). Thomas Jefferson, who did not attend the Constitutional Convention, in a December 1787 letter to Madison called the omission of a Bill of Rights a major mistake: “A bill of rights is what the (mainstream) people are entitled to against every government on earth.”
