Take back the Constitution and Bill of Rights!

Some states have a law that allows for a petition to recall legislators who violate their oath to uphold the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. This was just done in Wisconsin with the Governor.

All states can impeach legislators through petition. Every time one of these puppet politicians introduces legislation that erodes our rights the people of that state must start a petition to recall or impeach on the grounds of violation of oath of office.

Once these puppet politicians realize they will be challenged for oath violating legislation they will think twice before proposing such laws.

politicians who have signed an oath to Israel or an oath to refuse to sign legislation for any reason should also be removed on the grounds of conflict of interest.

The only way to clean up the mess in Washington is to clean house of the corruption on the state level, divide and conquer.

With enough challenges lodged and the erosion of our rights stopped then we can work on the repeal of laws such as the Patriots Act and DMAA even going back to Reagan’s no-knock laws to restore our full rights as garunteed under the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
