Legal US Immigrants Should File Discrimination Suit Against Obama For Backdoor Amnesty

President Barack H. Obama; The Ultimate Illegal Alien, POTUS, to the shame of us all, is our foremost and most famous Illegal Alien. To be an illegal Alien, in addition to it being a breach of the Law, it is just plain Unfair and Wrong. ‘ Illegal Alienism’ transcends far more than just the breaking of a Country’s law. ‘Illegal Alienism’ compounds the original violation of sovereignty and continues to erode the integrity of those guilty of this crime. The unfairness of this action can be seen in an example I gave to some of my Middle School students who were upset with George W. Bush because he was what they described as ‘Hating on Hispanics.’ I asked my students a simple question. Is it right for you to wait in the Lunch line and then have a group of students cut the line in front of you because they don’t want to wait their turn and follow the rules? They all said no, so their argument against George W. Bush evaporated.

Obama and his illegal alien cohorts did not have to download an I-130 packet off of the internet. O & his people did not have to pay the $420 application fee required to submit the application to the National Visa Center. Obama & his illegal alien cohorts do not have to wait the 4 to 6 months for an answer to the initial request. Is it fair that if the initial request for legal entry into the US is approved, an additional form DS 230 is needed with fee of $ 330 with a $74 processing fee? Following this, is it fair that the Petitioner has to pay an additional fee of $ 88 and submit a financial accounting form along with his or her latest income tax forms to prove that the legal immigrant will not be a burden on the US Government?

Obama and his illegal alien cohorts do not have to wait an additional 2 months in order to pay an additional $ 213 for a Medical Examination in order to make sure they are not bringing foreign diseases into the Country. Nor is Obama and his illegal alien cohorts required to submit to a final screening interview where all of the previously submitted documents are given one last look followed by a Department of State personal interview to make sure no person with unresolved Criminal Issues is admitted into the Country. Thus, after 6 to 9 months of submitting tons of paperwork, Birth Certificates, Marriage Licenses, Police Reports, Divorce decrees, Income Tax Filings and Medical Records, one is found worthy to enter the US legally. The total bill for necessary fees comes to approximately; $ 1,125, yet, we did not include their home country’s fees for a Passport or travel and lodging to the medical facility or the Embassy for the final interview. Nor did we include the US acclimation class for those immigrating.

It’s a Crime and a Shame before God to allow Obama and his illegal alien friends to feel like they are above the law, for once they step across the border illegally, it’s like the old saying,’ if they break one law, they will probably break several more.’ Unlike the legal immigrant who paid a heavy price to come to this great Country , the illegal alien started out wrong by breaking the laws from the beginning, and this breach will cause them to lie and cheat to get forged documents such as Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards and Driver’s Licenses.

Just like their Leader President Obama the Ultimate Illegal Alien has no respect for our Constitution and the Rule of Law, none of his illegal alien subjects will either, for if they had respect for our laws, they would follow the rule of law. Crime begets crime; many illegal aliens are hired by usually an American Citizen who legally contracts work, but in so doing undermines that Internal Revenue Tax system and overloads educational and social services of a community.

I would love to see a class action law suit filed in Federal Court for all of the legal aliens of this great land who followed the law in order to get here, only to have a President who is Hell bent on destroying this Country circumvent our system by refusing to close our borders and rewarding law breakers with Amnesty. Amnesty is a form of discrimination whereby one group of people is preferred over another group.  You make one group pay a heavy price and you give the other group a free pass, It’s Just Not Fair.
