Ronald Reagan the Prophet? Was he warning us about the coming Obama-nation? You MUST read this!

A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: Proverbs 1:5 There have been two occasions in my lifetime when exactly nine words have revealed exactly what the leader of the free world had in mind for the rest of civilization; nine words used to express the thoughts in the mind of the American president.

Back in 1980, when he was running for President, Ronald Reagan said one of his most famous quotes: “The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.’”

Reagan understood that government wasn’t the cure but the problem. He understood that government was like a three-legged stool. One leg represented borders, the second language, and the third culture. Meddling in the economic and constitutional affairs of the people was off-limits to the “guardians of liberty”. According to Reagan, government should be an allowing force while protecting the borders, enforcing a common language, and maintaining a culture which works and doesn’t open the flood gates of depravity and disease.

Reagan was right – government doesn’t exist to “help’ – it exists to protect and stay out of the way.

Was he prophesying to this generation? It’s possible when you take a look at the most recent remarks by the dictator in the oval office. Conservatives have been jumping on comments President Obama made in Roanoke, Va., in which he said “if you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that.” Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney has been correctly emphasizing these remarks by Barack Obama - these very important nine words.

 “if you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that.”

Nine words that say so much. Nine words which so clearly express the heart’s intent of the socialist in charge of the most powerful country on earth. The context here couldn’t be more clear. “If you’ve got a business”. That’s the context. Barack Obama was clearly pandering to the socialist crowd seeking to increase government involvement – the very thing Ronald Reagan warned us about.

So it’s very possible that, even though he was completely unaware, Ronald Reagan was prophesying to the nation – warning America of the coming Obama-nation.
