In my humble opinion, Michael Tsarion (michaeltsarion.com) is a brilliant researcher and teacher of the history of history. He explains in great detail how we all got here. In a lighter moment of one of his speeches, he said this, “I don’t mind being called a conspiracy theorist – if you don’t mind being called a ‘coincidence theorist’!” It made me chuckle. And then it made me think. It made me think how true it is that they are just two sides of the same coin.

A coincidence theorist is one who can actually rationalize in his or her own mind that it was a coincidence that the exact scenario of 9/11 was written up in the Northwoods Document 20 years or so before the event. (Don’t get me started on all the 9/11 coincidences – that’s’ been about beat to death.)

A coincidence theorist is one who can actually rationalize in his or her own mind that it was a coincidence that the 7/7 bombings in London occurred just as a police training drill was in operation for the exact scenario, or that one of the buses that had a bomb in it just happened to go off course that morning.

A coincidence theorist is one who can actually rationalize in his or her own mind that it was a coincidence that as soon as Qaddafi decided to create a new money so that they wouldn’t have to use the U.S. Dollar to trade oil with other countries any more and provide more wealth to an African union without the Rothchild’s involvement, we attacked Libya and assassinated Qaddafi, claiming him to be a despot ruler, bad to his people. This was just about a year after Tony Blair posed with Qaddafi and extolled his virtues as a humanitarian. I guess that’s why we performed “humanitarian bombing” of the country.

A coincidence theorist is one who can actually rationalize in his or her own mind that it was a coincidence that it was the same impetus for war in Iraq.

A coincidence theorist is one who can actually rationalize in his or her own mind that it was a coincidence that Iran announced their plan not to use the U.S. Dollar anymore either, just before we started threatening war with them, too.

A coincidence theorist is one who can actually rationalize in his or her own mind that it was a coincidence that John Corzine, former CEO of M.F. Global, has plans to open a new hedge fund after having improperly transfered money from Global’s private accounts to J.P. Morgan, after which J.P. Morgan was able to cover its short on silver.

A coincidence theorist is one who can actually rationalize in his or her own mind that it was a coincidence that every U.S. President since at least 1968 (Nixon) has made an appearance at a meeting of the Bilderbergers, Bohemian Grove, Council on Foreign Relations or Tri-Lateral Commission. The losers have not.

A conspiracy theorist understands that there are no coincidences, that the government doesn’t have your best interest at heart (only their interests are important) and so, when he or she hears about an event, sees connections between that event and the plans of those who want to control the world. Franklin Delano Roosevelt said once, “If it happens in Government, it was planned that way.” Benjamin Disraeli explained it this way, “The world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.”

Actually, “Connectionist Theorists” would be a much more precise term than conspiracy theorists. Most conspiracy theorists don’t really envision small groups of people sitting around and whispering plans to each other to take over the world. But they do understand the connections between events and can see where those connections will likely lead next.

Each side has its own rationale, it’s own comfort zone about these kinds of issues. I would venture to guess that most of you reading this are the conspiracy theorist type. There are plenty of you who try to talk about these theories with those who don’t see it your way and either at least a verbal fight breaks out or you are made to feel like a tin-foil-hat wearing kook. What ever happened to “it’s alright to disagree, to have your own opinion, to respect that another has the same right”? If alternative news serves only to create divisions among people, it hasn’t lived up to its potential. But the divisionists want to create animosity rather than discussion – hate rather than debate. Don’t fall into that trap.

You want to help make others aware, to help them see your side of things, to help increase the numbers of those who say, “wrong is wrong”. First, know to whom you are speaking. Understand that a coincidence theorist believes his or her viewpoint is the correct one – just as you do your viewpoint. Understand that verbally attacking someone is not going to help them accept any logic your argument might have. Explain your ideas in a kind, loving way, in a manner in which the person you are discussing this with can understand them. Having different knowledge than someone else doesn’t automatically make you a better person, so don’t be smug in your explanations – don’t make the other person feel like a dope for not knowing what you know.

Mark Twain said, “It’s not what a man knows that hurts him. It’s what he ‘knows’ that just ain’t so.” Don’t hurt others by giving them bad information that you can convince them is fact. Before you engage someone in a discussion, be sure that you have researched your facts and arguments. Don’t give us all a black eye by embellishing the truth – or making it up. If the truth itself isn’t enough, it’s not worth discussing. Here are just some of the sites where you can get the real nitty-gritty:

Now, here is the really big news – don’t expect them to suddenly see the light and praise you for showing it to them.

All anyone can do is give others information and then allow the other person to do with it as they will. Some of the recipients will take the information in and begin to make connections of their own. Some will assimilate parts of the information you give them and integrate it into their own thinking patterns. Some will be so frightened by what you say that they may avoid you for a while (at least until the evidence becomes indisputable). It is for them to decide how they can and will handle this new information. But you will have done your job, by simply speaking intelligently and calmly to help educate others, not to gain brownie points for converts. You must give the information as a gift – without the expectation of gain for yourself.

No one can convert another – they must do it on their own. But they can do it with good information from you.
