Folks, we have to make a difference, and that means not to be indifferent. We have to demand accountability from our leaders, the people we entrust our nation and life, liberty, and happiness to. We create apathy among our children when they see how our leaders, from the President down, blatantly tap-dance around their responsibilities and in turn, we failing to hold our leaders accountable for such a needless and preventable and outrageous act that can only be described as malpractice of duty in our President, Barack Hussein Obama, and his senior Administration officials.

The list of suspects in the Libya terror attack now extends to a handful of suspected militants aligned with an Egyptian group known as the Jamal Network, Fox News has learned. 

A U.S. official said the Jamal Network is committed to violence to attain its political ambitions, adding they are “hard-core, violent extremists in Egypt who are trying to develop a relationship with Al Qaeda.” 

Fox News is told that there are between two- and three-dozen suspects actively being investigated at any one time in connection with the Benghazi attack. The suspect list is fluid, drawn from intelligence ranging from intercepts to witness accounts, with new names being added and dropped on a regular basis. 

The majority of the suspects were described to Fox News as “locals” who come from Libya and are followers of the group Ansar al-Shariah, which wants to establish an Islamic state with adherence to strict Shariah law. 

The additional suspects are being investigated after one Tunisian suspect, Ali Ani al-Harzi, was first arrested in Turkey — after being identified through telephone intercepts where he bragged to friends about his involvement — and transferred to Tunisian custody. There is also at least one suspect with ties to Al Qaeda in Iraq. 

The radical ties of the suspects further raises questions about the degree of planning that may have been involved in an attack initially described as “spontaneous.” 

The Jamal Network takes its name from Mohammed Jamal Abu Ahmed, who was released from an Egyptian jail during the Arab Spring and is now trying to establish himself as a leader in Jihadi circles. U.S. officials believe he established training camps in Libya, and it was in these camps that some of the fighters linked to the attack were trained. 

Within the last 10 days, Egyptian police have broken up a “terrorist cell” linked to the Jamal network. As many as 12 militants were arrested. 

In the October raid, Libyan Karim Ahmed Essam al-Azizy, who was linked to the consulate attack, was killed. 

Mohammed Jamal reportedly has secured financing from the Al Qaeda franchise in Yemen, and he has sought permission to formally establish an Al Qaeda affiliate of his own in Egypt. 

An analyst who does open source intelligence collection for the government told Fox News that Egypt and the Sinai peninsula are the new training ground for Al Qaeda. “Egypt and the Sinai are the new ground zero for Al Qaeda activity. It’s fertile ground given the release of high-ranking Jihadists with connections to Zawahri including his brother. Egyptian security forces are unable to penetrate the Sinai.”

CIA Director David Petraeus submitted his letter of resignation Friday, after admitting to an extramarital affair. 

Petraeus, in a message to staff, said President Obama accepted his resignation after the two met on Thursday afternoon. Petraeus said that he asked “to be allowed” to step down. 

“After being married for over 37 years, I showed extremely poor judgment by engaging in an extramarital affair. Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours,” Petraeus said. “This afternoon, the President graciously accepted my resignation.” 

The move comes amid the unfolding controversy surrounding the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya. Scrutiny has fallen on a range of agencies including the CIA. The director had been expected to testify at hearings next week. But Petraeus, in his resignation message, cited strictly “personal reasons” surrounding his affair which until now had not been disclosed. 

Obama, in a written statement, said Petraeus provided an “extraordinary service to the United States for decades.” 

“By any measure, he was one of the outstanding General officers of his generation, helping our military adapt to new challenges, and leading our men and women in uniform through a remarkable period of service in Iraq and Afghanistan, where he helped our nation put those wars on a path to a responsible end,” Obama said. He said he has named Michael Morell, the agency’s deputy director, to serve as acting director. 

The decision abruptly ends the public-service career of one of the military’s most vaunted leaders. He led the surge in Iraq, and was later tapped to lead U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan — following two years at the helm of U.S. Central Command. In April 2011, Obama again tapped Petraeus to lead the CIA.

On September 11, Islamic terrorists attacked the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, killing Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. Libyan President Mohamed Magariaf stated the day after that it was a terrorist attack. Documents prove President Obama, the FBI, the CIA, the State Department, and hu 
ndreds of intelligence-related entities within the federal government knew it was a terrorist attack within two hours: while the attack was still in progress. 

Yet for nine days after the attack, White House spokesman Jay Carney, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice, and the President himself all told the nation, the UN, and the world, the known untruth that the attack was a spontaneous protest by a mob upset about an American-made video ridiculing Muhammad. 

Politicians and media “pundits” – even many so-called conservative ones — have been struggling for weeks with the questions, “Since they all knew it was a terrorist attack, why did Obama and his administration say it wasn’t? Why did they instead deliberately attempt to mislead the American people and to actually cover up what happened? And how could Obama think they could possibly get away with such blatant lies? And why is he stonewalling efforts to gain more information on this matter?” 

REAL conservatives know that Obama lied out of a calculated experience-based expectation that he could – and would – get away with it. And why wouldn’t he think he could get away with it? He has been getting away with the biggest batch of biggest lies in history: since before his 2008 campaign for the office he now illegally holds. 

These pundits are faking their “confusion”. These “pundits” know Obama thinks he can get away with this because THEY have been helping him get away with egregious crimes for years: some of them for decades. For just two examples, it has been an open secret in Washington for years that Obama is not a “natural born”citizen, and therefore is ineligible to be the President: that he is using a demonstrably fake birth certificate, AND a demonstrably fake Connecticut Social Security card – both felonies. Scores of people in government, the bureaucracy, and the media have known these things, and have been covering for him, all this time. He thinks these “pundits” will cover for him this time too, to be his accomplices on this one too: and so far, they are not letting him down. 

Benghazi is just the latest in a long line of Obama’s illegal actions: any one of which would have immediately destroyed the political career of any republican and most democrats. But none of these have hardly even inconvenienced Obama. These pundits, and others in influential places, constitute an unprecedented number of enablers and protectors that shield Obama and his crimes from exposure to the public, and from the law. Some of his crimes have generated a lot of tough legal talk to be sure, but they all fizzled out to nothing. So far, Benghazi is following the same pattern.
