Americans Are Delusional And In Denial, On The Fiscal Cliff And A Constitution In Crisis Video
What is becoming painfully evident is that the political elite in America have falsely over-promised on the entitlements that can be delivered, which is now surfacing in the political turmoil of the Fiscal Cliff negotiations and has the potential to quickly lead towards a constitutional crisis.
A constitutional crisis is a situation that the legal system’s constitution or other basic principles of operation appear unable to resolve; it often results in a breakdown in the orderly operation of government.
Often, generally speaking, a constitutional crisis is a situation in which separate factions within a government disagree about the extent to which each of these factions hold sovereignty.
Most commonly, constitutional crises involve some degree of conflict between different branches of government (e.g., executive, legislature, and/or judiciary), or between different levels of government in a federal system (e.g., state and federal governments).
A constitutional crisis is distinct from a rebellion, which is defined as when factions outside of a government challenge that government’s sovereignty, as in a coup or revolution led by the military or civilian protesters.

Claims on welfare and disability programs are skyrocketing at the same time that the demographics of an aging populace are causing 10,000 people a day to enter Social Security and Medicare, the two costliest government programs.
Meanwhile, the upper-middle class that pays most of the taxes has been slammed with lower income and a devastating drop in their housing-based net worth.
Compounding this is the fact that the disillusioned wealthy have slowed dramatically their invested CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) in productive assets in the US.
This above confluence and much more discussed in the video, indicates that is is leading to a Constitutional Crisis by the end of the decade.

Pffft , now its the end of the decade ..first it was 2010 = armageddon , then it was 2011′s turn … we are all doomed ..now of course its 2012 , end of the world shenanigans ,,, but now we are told hang in there the end of the world is in sight ..but not untill the end of the decade FFS , you have zero credibility left. Get over yourself and go and try to have some kind of life b4 it all ends
Though it may be hard to give an “end” a difinitive date, most would agree that the current system and subsystems are strained beyond a reasonable level and most likely will not be able to continue on this way into the future.
This coupld with an impotent congress and potus would constitute and “end” in my eyes… When itll be considered as an end by all and what comes after is beyond anyones cognition.
