State of Emergency Behind Gun Control Actions
Over the last several years the President has signed a series of Executive Orders related to seizing control of various elements of the American economy during a State of Emergency. One of the factors defining a State of Emergency is civil disturbances or uprisings or insurrection.
There has been ample discussion about the potential consequences of draconian gun control imposed by Executive Order. This morning I counted 16 articles discussing rebellion, insurrection, armed resistance to Gun Control and Registration. In my lifetime I’ve never seen that subject openly discussed in a serious and sober manner such as is being done now.
Which begs the question… is the imposition of Gun Control through Executive Order, which many Americans will resist, a way to forment armed rebellion or insurrection?
Such a response to Gun Control by fiat would be an excuse to declare a State of Emergency and implement all of the prior Executive Orders signed by this President.

Obama is wormy. In my opinion, some people have a tainted view of how much power the President really has. I’m fortunate I live in a free State that doesn’t implement weird laws that achieve demented agendas enslaving good people and call them stupid for the way they live. Any action against the people on the United States by any political force should be met with resistance.
Anyone that considers the US Constitution an outdated document is a victim of erroneous thinking. The Constitution was designed to balance Government powers to prevent corruption to an unlivable extreme. These individuals strain at gnats not seeing the big picture and desire to diminish the Balance to perfect a self seeking imbalance.
The Congressional system is designed to better reflect the will of the people as they are elected by the people. Anytime the President politically resists the process he is commenting crimes against the People as well as the law and order of the land.
Gun control is only one part of of the current Administrations wrong actions. We see arms being given to totalitarian wanna-bes/ UNSTABLE governments while a judicial hand being laid on the law abiding. This is lawless anarchy!
I suppose if the people were mindless robots created for the service of the minds of a few these actions would pass. And they wonder why so many people are on Prozac or other meds!
We shall continue fighting this battle on the correct field through the lawful channels. Therefore any form of aggression against the American people that results in a “State of Emergency” isn’t the result of true Americans whom have the knowledge of the legal rights we live under! I feel sorry for the fallen States as the Union has been weakened by this political attempt that will fail as far as I am concerned…. I firmly believe the People will see and get things right once again.
