Federal Government Policy Officially Requires Its Own Disarmament

The Federal government has just proven in its own official documents that there is a strong justification to disarm it and prohibit its use of firearms. It is not even discretionary. By their policy it is required that the Federal government be disarmed.

This has got to be one of the most ironic and Kafkaesque moment in recent history. The Federal government is sending letters to Veterans stating that if they are judged incompetent in handling their financial matters they could lose their 2nd Amendment Rights.

Ponder that a a moment… the U.S. Federal government…. which has proven itself incapable of or unwilling to pass a budget in 4 years, which can’t live within it’s financial limits,  is borrowing more each month than the entire Federal budget for 1941 when the U.S was at war in Europe and the Pacific, officially states that Financial Incompetence requires disarmament and a prohibition of gun ownership.

We’re talking about a government that is spending so much money that the National Debt is more than the combined total income of every individual in the United States. Every individual would have to give up 10% of their gross income JUST TO PAY THE GOVERNMENT’S BORROWING FOR ONE YEAR.

We could throw out examples for 100 pages and not even scratch the surface of the complete and utter incompetence of the Federal government to manage money. They deny they have a spending problem when they have to borrow 1.5 TRILLION dollars a year. They say it’s a revenue problem (i.e. taxes) when increasing taxes enough to pay for their overspending would bankrupt every single taxpayer in the country overnight.

The very suggestion that the Federal government demonstrates any financial competence at all provokes laughter even among many Democrats.

Yet this same government is informing Veterans that if THEY are found to be “incompetent” because of an inability to manage their financial affairs they will lose their 2nd Amendment Rights.

Either the Government is insane or we should take them at their word.

If financial incompetence is a valid reason to bar ownership of guns then the Federal government should immediately be disarmed and forbidden to posses firearms in the future. This applies not only to Federal government agencies, but also elected officials who are in any way involved in budgetary matter within the Federal government; e.g. Members of Congress, members of the Executive Branch, The Congressional Budget Office, the Justice Department, etc.

That is especially germane and justified since Veterans have a RIGHT to keep and bear guaranteed (not granted) by the Constitution. A Right that precedes the existence of the Constitution under Natural Law. The Federal government has ONLY the power enumerated in the Constitution and possession of guns is not one of those power except within the Military and on Federal property.

So either the Federal government should immediately desist in this campaign against Veterans out of simple shame and embarrassment or it’s position should be accepted in which case the Federal government should be immediately disarmed and barred from possessing firearms of any sort except in those areas specifically mandated by the Constitution, the Military and for Law Enforcement purposes ONLY on Federal Property

Simple Binary solution set… either their actions against veterans are wrong in which case an apology is due after desisting or their actions are proper in which case the Federal government would be the first entity disarmed under such a policy.
