The constitution as we knew it is being destroyed. The supreme court today rulled against the forth amendment Tuesday. Is this 5 to 4 ruling against the 4th amendment a surprise to you?
According to Justice Samuel Alito, millions of Americans can no longer expect the government to uphold the Constitution and prevent the NSA from conducting dragnet surveillance. Its official the-fourth amendment is dead.

They didn’t rule against the 4th amendment at all, you moron! They just tossed out a lawsuit which had no merit and no proof to support. A civil suit. Your report [and I call it that very lightly]…also has no merit.

our rights, as they are so clearly written in the constitution have no meaning anymore. there are so many rules and regulations on what we can’t do then what we can do. don’t think so better start paying more attention. sadly, I believe that the american people for the most part would not care if our constitution was done away as long has they were told they would be more safe.
The reason we have these “Laws, rules and regulations” is because of irresponsible people who think they can do whatever they want, whenever they want without consequences. The Laws ARE theconsequences that you people have brought on yourselves and the innocent.
This is the kind of stuff on the internet that causes hoaxes, conspiracy theories and even plain truth to go array…
