Vietnam Accuses China of Suppressing H7N9 Count

This story was going to be about Vietnam creating a H7N9 Task Force, but then I found this buried towards the bottom of a Vietnamese press conference (translated from Vietnamese):

By the afternoon of 13/4, there were 46 Chinese flu virus H7N9, but the evening news program on television is not even reported that the opinion expressed doubts about the government deliberately withheld, hidden epidemic.
