The officer depicted in this video is Cst. James Ebdon of the Durham Regional Police Service. Ebdon is seen here in 2011 threatening civilian Bradley Cox because of his associations with one Harley Guindon. Guindon and 27 others were arrested after a 7 month investigation dubbed “project kingfisher” netting 162 drug and gun related charges. Guindon is currently being held and awaiting trial for drug conspiracy charges. Cst. Ebdon was one of Guindons arresting officers and an investigating officer for the project. Ebdons discipline for the incident consisted of a two days suspension with no pay. Follow the link below for more information on Project Kingfisher.
