The signatory on the application letter is Adrian J.S. Deitz who happens to be the co-head of Skadden’s Corporate Finance Group

It is interesting that the Skadden Corporate Finance Group represent Australian & New Zealand companies like THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA. The following is a excerpt from their website

As you can imagine it comes at quite a shock to find out that we may be paying our taxes to a Corporation and not to the constitutional government of Australia.
