BREAKING NEWS! (Forbes calls for Obama's Impeachment) Is this the end of the liberal "love affair"?

Forbes Magazine calls for the impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama.

Forbes Magazine M. Northrup Buechner calls for the impeachment of Barack Obama for having a great contempt for the rule of law, and the Constitution. Buechner claims that the President has proven he does not accept the laws within the Constitution, and that the Power to Veto legislature or suggest changes to legislature cannot simply be done at his will, but that he must get approval from Congress, and his recent actions indicate that the President may believe the Congress is irrelevent in terms of his idealogical policies.

Some of the scenarios considered by Buechner include the following,

A.) If the President can ignore laws passed by Congress, what good is Congress? If the President can do whatever he chooses in terms of Political Power, then Congress will be irrelevent.

B.) Mr. Obama has equal contempt for the Supreme Court. In an over reaching act of “hubris” he “excoriated” the Supreme Court Justices in 2010, during a State of the Union address, the lack of respect from the Obama administration had manifested.

C.) Barack Obama persistently talks of a system that is based more on “fairness” yet this particular fairness is dependent upon the force and intimidation of the state to “enforce” that fairness.

D.) If the President rejects all other authority except for his own, then denouncing would depend on what side the Armed Forces take in this? It would suddenly be more than apparent that the United States now lives in a Banana Republic.

Buechner then closes his argument with the following statement, which concludes “surely rejecting the Constitution is grounds for impeachment, and charges should be filed, Buechner also ends with a rallying cry to the troops, he declares, “We are losing our Republic, We all need to find a way to shout No! Not Now! Not Yet! Not Ever!

This should be treated like Obama’s promise you can keep your insurance, in other words do not let off this issue, this is a major blow to the Obama administration, as recently he met with Liberal Journalists, and reinforced “talking points”, but Fox News Juan Williams, is one example of a Liberal Journalist who is not jumping back on the Obamacare bus. Bob Beckel has called it a great failure, Kristen Powers, has after openly supporting the President’s healthcare plan now expressed her concern as well as her lack of trust for the Obama adminsitration. Even Barack Obama’s own party is opposed to the  implementation of Obamacare now. There are a few Liberal law makers that are calling for the health care law to be completely repealed. Some of these law makers are eligible for re election, while others like Diane Feinstein of California who are not up for re election have called on the President to force the President to “keep his promise”.

Obamacare has become the joke of the night for evening talk show comedians, and Barack Obama’s approval or lack there of is now in free fall. This does not prove the President will be Impeached, because that scenario is highly doubtful. The fact that Obama’s approval is in free fall is only indicative of the lame duck 2nd term he will have. There is perhaps no time for Impeachment, nor will it go anywhere in the Senate, we have already seen Harry Reid prove that there is nothing that will  stand in the way of Obama and his radical agenda. Alongside the fact that the time frame it would take to successfully impeach the President, would not be finalized until after the President’s second term.

Our options are limited, and the one regarding the Citizens Grand Jury is the only one that can potentially work. There are already Overpasses for Obama’s Impeachment across the country, and as we see clearly, some law enforcement will not protect the right of these distraught Americans to protest, and demand a redress of grievences. The only viable solution is to establish a Constitutional Convention of the 38 states required to hold one. The purpose of this Convention would be to reaffirm our Constitutional Rights, and to abolish this tyrannical form of government that presently over shadows our every day lives. The ball is already rolling as 9 states have so far rejected the President’s so called ‘insurance fix”. To establish a Citizens Grand Jury, we should consider avenues such as contacting local law enforcement and demanding them to uphold their oath to the People of the Constitution and the United States of America.

Reach out to the military, of course those that are retired military veterans will suffice too. Network with your community, and keep the momentum going to not comply with this ridiculous health care law. We obviously have to find another plan to assist those in need with food, and other resources, because if we abolish the Federal Government, we must establish a system that will take care of the less fortunate while we build our economy. Suggestions such as neighbordood organizations, flat tax, and a militia. We cannot forget those that are less fortunate, and even not on board, as in order to establish a new form of Government, we must address these concerns. Obvious reform would  be to abolish the Federal Reserve, and Relieve the rest of the World from being forced to buy oil in U.S. Dollars, as well as establishing sound money such as gold or silver or another natural resource that the U.S. has an abundance of. Essentially to produce more, so we can pull our part in the world economy, and this is necessary regardless of the success of a Convention, as China and the rest of the countries that have established their economy by the U.S. Dollar are dumping the dollar, and when our currency collapses which it will, the consequences are unsustainable.

Constitutional Law Attorney Larry Klayman explains the process to indict the political class, as does an excellent coffee table pamphlet called The Citizens Rulebook. This booklet explains the recourse available in sequential order. It outlines the “power” of the jury. This pamphlet was my resource to understand why We The People do not need Congress, as We The People are the permissible authority that permits the Government the priveledge to exist. The Citizens Grand Jury allows We The People to invoke the laws, and hold to account the President, and his entourage. The Jury the criminals stand in front of in court is a jury that presides over Maritime Law, we need a “Grand Jury” which actually works the same as when an individual in court asks to present his or her case to the Grand Jury to decide whether or not there is enough evidence to indict a person. This statement is written in the 5th Amendment to the Bill of Rights, which the Bill of Rights is based on the Premise of Common Law, or Constitutional Law.

The legislative procedure is derived from the consent of the Governed, and clearly the legislative procedure must be declared null and void by a jury of Constitutional Law abiding bipartisan citizens. These citizens must be Constitutionally inept, not LAWYERS. This is very important, as lawyers take an oath to the BAR in almost every case. The BAR Association stands for the British Accredition Registration. The B.A.R. was the system previously established by the British, in which was also adopted by our system. The B.A.R. exam is a test given to determine whether or not an individual is eligiible to practice “law” under a specified jurisdiction. The jurisdiction is by consent of the governed, as a result of the Government’s abritrary claim of jurisdiction over the individual person. The B.A.R. lawyer represents the corporate interest.

Some bar associations are responsible for the regulation of the legal profession in their jurisdiction; Others are professional organizations dedicated to serving their members; in many cases, they are both. In many Commonwealth jurisdictions, the bar association comprises lawyers who are qualified as barristers or advocates in particular, versus solicitors. Membership in bar associations may be mandatory or optional for practicing attorneys, depending on jurisdiction.

The United States has always been a Common Law country, and unless a “legal statute” has been provided, Common Law is applied or was originally intended to be applied on a case by case basis, to evolve, but to be based on the precipise that an individual or individuals have been harmed under the written laws of God, and or Nature. This concept of Natural Law can be found within the founding documents that have outlined the process for abolishment of a tyranny, and to also establish a new form of Government that will abide by the consent of the Governed. Understandably, No one in Washington D.C. will submit to the demands of its citizens, that is why we must invoke the Citizens Grand Jury, that Constitutionally allows the country to rebuke this thuggery called our government, and to establish a Government that is by consent of the Governed. There will be a Constitutional Convention to reaffirm the Constitution as written, to include the original amendments, and to have additional amendments added.

The necessary reasoning to demand a Common Law court as opposed to a Maritime Law court will be the ultimate key in annulling this Government.  There is no relative purpose to continually file a civil suit, it is time for a Grand Jury. This is possibly our last outlet to derail this new Government that is transpiring before our very eyes.

To form a Grand Jury, the most logical option is to network across social media, find constitutionally inept Independents that are willing to accept the responsibility for determining such factors that compel the secession of the Government to establish justice, and to hold to Reaffirm our Constitutional Rights, not to make amendments, but to Enforce our Fundamental Principles of Freedom. Get with the town hall chapters, and be vigilant, for the hour glass is running very low.

In this plea for a Citizen Grand Stand, I beg those that are members of law enforcement to Comply with your Constitutional Demands and act aggressively and proactively about holding this corrupt government to account. This is no longer a Government by the will of the Consent, and those that occupy the White House and all of Washington D.C. must have their authority revoked immediately.

Barack Obama does not condemn the Black on Black crime in the poverty stricken neighborhoods, uses a racial divide that is was apparently no longer existent until it suits his political agenda. This President has provided aide and comfort to our enemies, as well as unilaterally declaring himself and the Democrat party above the “law”, lied under oath, pressing the rest of the world and our nation closer to WW3, lost all trust of our allies, destabilized the economy, and the national security, left Americans to die after giving orders to stand down, signed laws that permit him or a “deputy” to order the assassination of American Citizens, committed fraud of identity, suppression of political opposition, now they are seriously indoctrinating our children by convincing 4th graders that anyone that does not like the President’s policies are “racist”. After the lawsuit was filed, Citi Bank was forced to comply with new Federal Regulations that allow the banks to lend money to borrowers with no proof of income.
