Obama's chance to Hugo Chavez our constitution

    Many people think that the recent changes to the filibuster rule in the Senate was done to stack the D.C. civil court to protect Obamacare. I think what is happening is much more dangerous and insidious than that.  All Obama needs to have Hugo Chavez like powers is what Chavez had; A stacked supreme court.     It doesn’t matter what the lower courts rule if the SCOTUS is weighted to his side. Everything that Chavez did to obtain power was “Legal” because the court unfailingly ruled in his favor after he replaced the dissenting judges with his hand picked replacements.  There is only one thing that is needed now; A few vacant seats on the SCOTUS.    Do you think that they will stop now? They have waited one hundred years and finally have the brass ring within their reach. The time is coming for them to “Fundamentally transform America” and all that is in their way are a few living, breathing Justices.     Good night America and good morning “Republic” of Venezula.
