Goldsberry Bending the "Bench" to the breaking

  If you are interested in the judicial system, the articles published by this contributor brings light to what is happening in American Courtrooms.  Remember, THERE are good Judges out there that do the right thing, Judges who do not let personal feelings interfere.  There will be more articles to come, this particular judge has contradicted the law he cites, in his opinions in four specific cases that will be discussed in other articles in detail.  This judge has claimed in his writings that all persons of interest to a foreclosure notice have to be notified, served upon in other words.  That being said, in two recent cases, parties were not served and or named and GUESS what – he signed summary judgment for the banks.  What is so amazing in addition – even the title report stated a certain party had not been served but Goldsberry proceeded anyway – stamping whatever the banks want.  These are not cases where someone can straddle the fence.  Bottom line – Owners, people with title to property were not served and/or listed but Goldsberry just got finished with a case in Ohio making his opinion stating ALL parties with an interest have to be notified.  So which is it.  You have to follow the law and case law, but – not Goldsberry.  This is not hearsay but actual events happening to homeowners.

Be thankful if you have a knowlegable judge, they are priceless.

To make a plain, concise, clear statement – the publisher of this article does not want to be an attorney nor give advice but you as a homeowner, may find some helpful information to pass along to others. 

So, Judge Alan Goldsberry – Did you enjoy yourself after you upheld your neighbor, Steven Sloan, attorney for Colette Carr’s lies, malicious slanderous illegal conduct against the Plaintiff’s?  Are you so angry that you were exposed by the media as being under investigation by the Sheriff’s department?  Are you so angry that you cannot be Judge anymore? Are you so biased against pro se people, especially women, that you let your personal feelings interfere with any judgment of right or wrong to the point of breaking the very oath you allegedly took to uphold the laws you ignored – the laws, rules, regulations that you trampled on.  Were the lies you told and upheld for Sloan and Carr out of ignorance or your vindictive hate for the two plaintiff’s.  The hate you must have for two pro se women going up against “lawyers”, did it consume you so much that you had to violate the very judicial system you were to protect?  That sounds silly after what you have done, giving you any credit for upholding the laws instead of violating them, and violate them you did.  Are you so out of touch with the legal system that you don’t know what right or wrong is?  Legal or not legal is?  Do you just slither along to the tune of your old pal Stevie?  As your allegedly stated to the news media when you were told about being (criminal was it?) investigation?  You answered, “we may never know”.  Well, I think people will know why you did what you did.  Opinion – Your actions were vindictive and personal.  What a horrible legacy to go out with against the legal profession.  But then again, would you agree that your actions have proven you a dishonorable, disgraceful judge who should have never been on the bench as a Judge?  

A judge that will allegedly be known for corrupting the law, the rules of professional conduct.  Will your legacy be known as a Joke?  Is this a correct analogy?  Answer these questions truthfully?

You, as judge, stated in the Carr case - anyone with an interest in property had to be notified.  But you turn around - and stamp summary judgment for banks that do not list all interested parties and you stamp a summary judgement for a bank that did not even list the owners of the property in their complaint.  How crooked, you were just on your soapbox in the Carr case but when the Banks shove a summary judgement under your nose.  You rubberstamp it like a bat out of hell.
