A discussion of privacy concerns relevant to Americans.

            Suppose we told you that next Thursday, early in the morning the CIA, NSA, over 20 U.S. Military and non-military security agencies, the State Department, the Pentagon, NATO, NORAD, FAA, DHS, TSA, DOJ, Air National Guard, would all cease to operate simultaneously. Well, that is exactly what we were informed took place on 9-11.

 

            Shortly thereafter Americans were notified by their government, that a group of science uneducated Mullahs living in caves in Peshawar, Pakistan and in bordering Afghanistan organized this attack comprising more than 100 people, hijacking four air liners simultaneously, using box cutters (knives of less than one inch in length), to commandeer aircraft with between 150 and 250 passages, with no more than five hijackers in any plane, and causing the second worst attack on America in the countries history. One of the government assertion was that the Mullahs used Cell phones to communicate; our research indicates that at that time there were no cell phone towers in that part of the world. We would call such assertions nonsense.

            To round the story out the FBI assiduously and quickly confiscated every video of the events that they could get their hands on, and have since then refused to release even still photos.

            We are confident that you understand how utterly stupid this government produced scenario is. In fact it’s not unreasonable to say that a fourth grader would reject such a story, understanding it to be fictitious. Sadly, in the years from 2001 to 2013, a mere 12 years, more false flag operations have been launched than can be counted on your hands. The TSA, which was created after 9-11 and has 47,000 field personnel and 61,000 employees and will cost $7.91 billion in 2013. In its 12 years of operation, it has yet to apprehend a single terrorist.

9-11 was not the origin of government overreach, in effort to centralize power in DC, it was the culmination of many years of planning within the CIA, NSA, and the organizations that controls those agencies. As is mentioned on page-2 of this report, the origin of the panopticon society originated in the early ‘80’s. Out of 20 FBI arrests of terrorist suspects, 18 were sting operations and that includes the first attack on the NYC World Trade Center. These were in fact in strict law entrapment arrests, which are under federal law illegal.

It behooves us to start at the beginning. Professor Carroll Quigley (Georgetown) was Bill Clinton’s mentor; he wrote and published the expose’ of the CFR, (Council on Foreign Relations) in 1966, titled “Tragedy & Hope. (1300 pp.) Of the CFR he said: “Our aim is nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands to dominate the political system of each country, and the world as a whole. Freedom and choice will be controlled within very narrow limits.”

Privacy and the security of your person your belongings your papers, and your family and your right to live free from intrusive government has nothing to do with politics or terrorism. It is neither politically left nor right, it concerns everyone.

It is relevant to this issue to understand that our rights, those that every American enjoys are provided to us in a Republic, enshrined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights. America is not as students are taught in public schools a Democracy America is a Constitutional Republic. In a Republic law is based on a set of rules and not open for interpretation by jurists or courts. A democracy is simply mob rule. When Supreme Court Justices say we have a “living constitution”, they are confirming their ignorance in postulating that America is a Democracy and that they are the “wise men” that will tell us what is right and what is wrong, a right not granted to the Court in the Constitution.  The American Patriot Act and NDAA all violate the Constitution and the following articles of the Bill of Rights. NDAA in its 2012 adoption violates the Habeas Corpus provisions of the Constitution, which has been part of English speaking law since 1215, 798 years ago. Habeas Corpus means “you have body” (habeas corpus ad subjiciendum) having the right to bring your opponent before the court. The right to face your accuser in a court of law. All underlined are in violation of NDAA or the Patriot Act. These laws date to Richard III of England 1452-85.

The First Amendment to the Constitution:

“Congress shall make no laws respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof: or abridge the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of people to peaceably assemble and petition the government for redress of grievance.

The fourth Amendment to the Constitution:

The right of the people to be secure in their person, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall be issued but upon probable cause, supported by a Oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the person or things to be seized.

The Fifth Amendment:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury except in a case arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or pubic danger, nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor to be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without compensation.

The Sixth Amendment:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy public trial by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law; and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, to be confronted with the witness against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses against him; and to have the Assistance of Council for his defense. 

The eighth Amendment:

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted. (Torture)

The ninth Amendment:

The enumeration of the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

The tenth Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by the States, are reserved to the States, respectively to the People.

 

Scandals that have come to light by the publication date of this document include the following government agencies. The U.S. Department of State, The Internal Revenue Service, The Department Homeland Security, OSHA, The Department of Environmental Protection, The Executive, The CIA, and NSA, and as revealed by ABC News in 1987, NSA has been spying on us since that time when NSA operatives were listening in on personal family military telephone calls. Crimes include illegal wiretaps without warrants, release of organizational membership information to private opponents by government agencies, targeting religious and conservative organizations for IRS audits, massive cover-ups of crimes and misdemeanors, personal IRS audits of administration opponents, lies by many administration personnel on TV, radio and news print, and to congress, withholding IRS tax exempt approvals for over three years, and FEC national certification for political parties. You should clearly understand the secret FISA courts which authorize all this incursion is staffed by unnamed and unidentified people, that those bringing requests to the FISA courts make demands based on personal opinion not on evidence, and that warrants issued by the court to oversee all Americans personal communications is not warranted or legal. The Patriot act was not intended nor was it written for this sort of data mining. It is also important to point out that all this data mining has produced nothing in the last 20 years. FBI managed entrapment exercises aside, it has not stopped 9-11, or any of the scores of 2000 and thereafter so called terrorist acts.

Quoted from the 1998 KR report: “The present assault on private papers, medical records, bank transactions, and free speech is unprecedented and unwanted” Think about it, this was three years before 9-11. The situation today is a multiple of 100. In our FL newspapers of Wednesday the 12^th of June 2013 Max Boot a CFR member wrote an article in the LA Times titled “Stay calm, let NSA carry on.” No point in agonizing about Max’s participation in the CFR one of which “Study Groups” authored the Patriot Act. There are those of our society whose basic bureaucratic self-interests lie in lording it over the rest of mankind for their personal pleasure, wealth, and power. Noticeably most of these nitwits live in the rarified air of Washington, LA, and New York. The statements by Mr. Boot in his article that; ”And large element of the intelligence community’s successes lies in its use of special intelligence, (spying on you) –that is, communications intercepts.” This repeated and totally unsubstantiated fairy tale seems to have grown legs in the last decade being repeated by an endless line of CIA, NSA, Executive, Congressional progressive, and CFR spokesmen. The concept that you must monitor every American’s communication in order to provide public safety is based on Cultural Marxism (PC) under the false assumption that “profiling” is a violation of someone’s civil rights. On that basis TSA searches 85 year-old grandmothers and infants and lets Middle East dressed young men through without a search. This is indeed a government-gone nuts.

There exists within our government a faction of operatives, which appear to have an insatiable appetite to know everything about you. There is good cause for this. After WWII Heinrich Mueller the Gestapo Chief East, turned up in Switzerland, he had the largest known microfilm records of every politician and government agent in the world. It is known that he was paid one million dollars and given a two star generals rank to come to Washington with his assets, the only people who were not afraid of him are J. Edgar Hoover and Harry Truman. He went on to serve both Republocrat parties. He died in California in the late 80’s. With all this information, then held, and now vastly expanded, blackmail by those in power with access to the information has become a Washington icon. Why do you think that elected legislators so often change their positions just a couple of months after taking office?

The assumption that NSA through massive data mining is able to thwart terrorism is proven false by the fact that the government in its entirety claims the inability to locate 20 million illegal American residents and 50,000 illegal resident felons. Why NSA is able to locate 300 million legal Americans and is unable to locate any illegals is an oxymoron. Don’t the illegals use telephones, GPS, or E-mail? The only way it seems that you can protect yourself and your family is to become an illegal, this will then also allow you free Obamacare.

It is important to realize that according to all government reports, all three branches of government have signed off on all of these data mining projects. The basis for that is that the communications between you and your caller is not your property but in fact belongs to the facilitator, the telephone company, or the Internet provider. This is a false argument based on misunderstanding of law and misapplication of law in the Patriot Act and NDAA. The ensuing argument that the government then has rights to that information is based on nothing but conjecture, not withstanding the Patriot act’s issued immunity to carriers holding them harmless from civil suits based on release of your personal communications but only to government. Regardless the government has no rights to any of that information without a sworn warrant, proof of a crime, sworn to before a judge by a supporting witness, listing your name, the telephone number or E-mail address in the warrant. Regardless of all this, unless these steps are arduously followed any mined evidence of 300 million Americans would be inadmissible in any court of law, and in fact be illegal.

Knowledge is power, and unbridled knowledge by government of everything and everyone is tyrannical power that has no place in a republic, and will lead to the establishment of a tyranny. This is in fact an entire program that is only now becoming obvious and includes, Cultural Marxism, (PC) “Hate Crime” legislation PRISIM, ESHELON, Vortex Satellite Systems, Mercury Systems, T3, and C1 taps, as well as the older TWR KH12 Spy Satellites.

At the rate America is progressing in this panopticon endeavor we will have George Orwell’s 1984 “Thought Police” instituted shortly, we obviously already have “Big Brother”.

18^th century England bred an entire raft of goofy thinkers, Malthusians that in the 20^th and 21^st century morphed into the Greens. The Fabians who so arduously promoted fiat money and Keynesian economics, (by homosexual pervert Lord Maynard Keynes) which are now tearing the financial fabric of the world’s financial and banking systems to shreds, and who also founded the British Labor Party and the American Democrat parties. Karl Marx who gave us communism and the Russian revolution and the eventual murder of over 200 million people of those very communist governments. Freud, the pervert pedophile, who was instrumental in perpetuating the sexual revolution. Darwin, who never attended High School, and produced a theory that our antecedents were monkeys. But of all of them, Jeremy Bertram and his panopticon future society upon which, George Orwell based his book 1984, is the most relevant in this century.

Do you recall the testimony of numerous government workers who informed the committees, the storage and sorting of just telephone number of citizens in no way exposed those tracked numbers to exposure or the overview of conversations. The government in the 2010 census employed your author. When an individual could not be located we were told to use the Google reverse search system, enter a name or a telephone number, that the system will reverse your search and provide the address of the person. The additional problem ensues with the person who has authority to classify any issue, be assured that there are over 500,000 people in government with that ability, all they have to do is to classify any issue they want to hide and it becomes a crime to make any such information public. As a holder of Top Secret classification in the army the author is well apprised of this issue.

Exactly when we entered the panopticon society is a matter for historians to resolve. The very obvious point is that we are now there, and with just some minor tweaks it will all be reality. As of this writing Americans are faced with 34,000 drones that are already looking in your windows, your car, your yard, and in all likelihood up your wife’s skirt. Meanwhile the U.S. Border patrol has set up and been operationally active in interstate highway stops in northern as well as southern Border States for the last ten years. PS. they have like TSA, never caught a single terrorist at any of these stops. Homeland security an agency created just 12 years ago now has a budget of (2011) $98.6 billion and is by far outside the military, the largest government employer with over 220,000 employees, which does not include the 61,000 TSA workers. In 2012 DHS purchased 1.6 billion rounds of (internationally illegal by the Geneva Convention) hollow point bullets, more than were used in Iraq in two years, and just in 2013 sent out tenders for one million more, and over 200 heavily armed light wheeled tanks. They have on order as of 2012 thousands of small automatic rifles to be delivered over the coming five years, and in June of 2013 put out tenders for personnel protective armor. Just today we learned that IRS agents are being schooled in the use of AR-15 automatic rifles, why a bunch of accountants need to be armed with automatic weapons obviously for use against Americas’ population remains unexplained. The NSA unhappy with their present massive complexes in America, England, and abroad, are building the worlds larges spy warehouse, one million one hundred thousand Sq. Ft. in Bluffdale Utah, at a cost of over one billion dollars. Among other thing it will house two new super computers to allow the NSA to sift through all your mail using various forms of commuter software. If the terrorist are to be considered our enemies, than by God, they have won the war already!

Frankly, all this bothers us a lot more than any terrorist threat.

 

Lets now visit NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) of 2012. Obama signed this horrible legislation into law last year. Not a single member of congress had read the NDAA or the Patriot act or even Obamacare, an issue that shed much light on why congress has a low two-digit approval.

You must understand the NDAA strips America of the Pose Commutates act of 1878 that was enacted directly after the War of Northern Aggression, and Reconstruction to prevent the unbridled use of the American military to enforce civil law against the citizens of this country. AG Janet Reno under Clinton set the precedent when she used the military in Waco to attack a religious compound The Branch Davidians in April of 1993, without any reason whatsoever simply to serve a warrant on David Koresh, the cult leader, which could have been done in Waco TX where Koresh often visited, murdering over 80 Americans. May she rot in hell. Furthermore, NDAA allows the president to designate any American as an enemy combatant and to have him killed by any means available to him. The only leaders of 20^th century world history that had this sort of power were Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Mussolini, Franco, Peron, Pinochet, and Salazar. Not the company we desire nor people we want to be associated with. Additionally it allows the indefinite incarceration without trial of any person designated by the president as an enemy combatant, without warrant, due process, evidence, or judicial oversight. It even allows for torture for the obtaining of information. It strips away Habeas Corpus, which is explained above.  Understand that your legislative bodies with less than ten decanting votes approved all of this. Not satisfied with total power over everyone and everything, they then enacted HR 374, which makes it a crime to criticize government, or any member of it, in the presence of Secret Service protection, with that they illegally killed the first & fourth amendments. (Both houses must approve any Constitutional change, with a 2/3rds majority.) Considering our national 87% re-election rate we can now understand the name of the game and the end plan.

Think back to the W. Bush administration in which all these issues came to fruition, only to be expanded by Obama. Recall now; The Total Information Awareness System, DAPRA, that was proposed under Admiral John Poindexter in 2002 and rebuffed by congress. Well its here now! One of the programs was “Stellar Wind” which is doing just fine as you read; it was the code name for DAPRA. Let us be absolutely clear, all social networks, all Internet providers located on American territory, all telephone, Telex, Fax, electronic videos, every in the world located Internet provider, all are compromised. The plan as was originally proposed by the CFR Study Group was to create a dossier on every person in the world beginning with all Americans. Understand that this is to include your tax returns, medical records, banking transactions, income, credit card information, debit card information, car rentals, GPS and Cell phone locations, automobile tracking systems using GPS, travel and hotel stays, Bluffdale, that will be operational in fall of 2013, will know when you go to the toilet and how long you were in the booth.

For Americans there is a serious problem, which is the 87% reelection rate of legislators, along with the fact that America since after TR (Teddy Roosevelt) has had only one political party, the Republocrat party. This system of payola, kickbacks, cronyism, and nepotism, fostered by arrangements that no longer serve public purpose, or the country, serves solely the members of the state. Everything from ballot access, primary elections, presidential debates, voting machines, is rigged. Furthermore additional arrangements between the Republocrats and the mainstream media purposely prevent third party access or participation, while ensuring the systems omnipotence. One way this is accomplished is by the Presidential Debate Commission whose three Republican and three Democrat members ensure to sideling any third party effort to be included in any future debate. This is ensured because the two parties the Republocrats provide the media over two billion dollars in advertising, and that’s just for presidential elections, when Senate and House campaigns are added another 2.8 billion per cycle is added. So the mainstream media will not bite the hand that feeds it 4.8 billion dollars a year. Objectivity being thrown out the window!

On March 28, 2013 The Canadian Free Press reported that Obama had signed an executive order establishing “The Presidential Commission of Elections Administration. All nine members are to be appointed by the president, he will also appoint the Chair and Vice Chair. The Commissions job is: 1) to control locations, management, operation, and design of polling places, 2) train and recruit all polling workers, 3) voter accessibility for uniform oversight of voting domestic and overseas, 4) The efficient management of voters rolls and poll books, 5) voting machines capacity, and technology, 6) ballot simplicity and voter education, 7) voter accessibility for the disabled, 8) management of issuing and processing provisional ballots in the polling place on election day, 9) control of absentee ballots.

As Joseph Stalin (Uncle Joe for Grey Lady reader) so aptly put it:

“I don’t care who you vote for I only care who counts the votes!”

            NSA is the largest spy organization in capacity in the world; it dwarfs the CIA and is much larger that the Soviet NKVD or KBG ever was. It makes the British M-I5 and M-I6 look like pikers. Under original law the CIA as well as NSA were never allowed to spy on American citizens. That ended with the Patriot Act and NDAA. Previously all federal domestic law enforcement was the preview of the FBI. What the reader must understand is that since the Clinton administration all of these agencies aforementioned have been thoroughly and totally politicized. The Republocrats call the shots, which of the two parties is in power is totally unimportant. The end game for the Republocrats is identical. There is one more issue related to the restricting laws, before the patriot act and NDAA the NSA/CIA had a very convenient arrangement with sister agencies in Canada, England, Italy, Germany, New Zeeland and Australia, all of which have similar restrictions on their spy organizations, NSA/CIA simply arranged for foreign agencies to spy on Americans while we provided that same service to them on their citizens. Other cooperation when it meets their self-interest is the Mossad of Israel, which however is not considered by all to be a reliable source. (Weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, bombing of non-existent nuclear reactors in Syria, the USS Liberty incident of 1967, and the over 300 Israeli spy’s, Including Pollard the largest by volume spy against America, that have been thrown out of America, or imprisoned)

            We are sure you are aware that Cell phones, even when turned off can be located through satellite tracking system inherent in the GPS systems. So the ever-intrusive government is able at any time to locate you if you have a cell phone or GPS on your person. We are advised that the only way this can be short-circuited is to take the battery out of the device. Recently the Department of Interior issued bulletin “Save and Secure” in it they suggested that every American always carry a cell phone in case of emergency. (Maybe 666) Just so you understand this also works for tablets, and any device that has GPS use-ability.

Operational systems:

 

ESHELON:

KR’s first report on ESHELON was published in early 1998, later that year CBC Canada produced an excellent program on this system, which was never aired in America. In 1999, 60 Minutes a CBS news program did a poor gloss-over of the CBC program. The KR report was the precipitating factor but was never mentioned by CBC or CBS.

ESHELON is an international spy system designed to monitor all forms of airborne electronic communications worldwide. This form of intelligence is called SIGNET (means information collected electronically) and has been in operation since the 1960’s. It is the original software system which controls downloads and discrimination of the intercepts of commercial satellite systems. In 2001 it was investigated by the EU parliament, which was not exactly up to speed on the issue. This program is international in scope, and due to the fact that numerous nations are involved is applicable to all peoples. Bases of operation include but are not exclusive to: Canada, England, Turkey, Australia, and New Zeeland. The system monitors all forms of broadcast communications including: Telex, Telegraph, Radio and TV, Facsimile, as well as cellular and digital communications. Most people would assume this to be an impossible task considering that over 100 billion such communications are made in every 24-hour timeframe. This assumption would be correct if 1950’s technology was employed, it is not. ESHELON is outfitted with several super computers, which functions using software called “Key Word Technology” or in agency lingo “Sniffers.” The Sniffer programs allow the identification on “Key Word” and “Key Phrases.” In other words the computer is programed to look for words like “Bomb,” “Gun,” “Bullet,” Explosive, “C4,” or phrases like “we will kill” etc. transmissions containing any of those words are then advanced to a more sophisticated system and if passed then to a human to read and identification. These words are called sniffers. In 1999 some whistle blower published a list of words and phrases, about 5 pages single-spaced and the opposition was able to crash the entire system by having all of their associates use those words in transmissions. The real problem with ESHELON is that at the end, some low level bureaucrat of limited intelligence must reach a decision, which more often than not, will be wrong.

NASA has offered the use of the ESELON network to other security services. Since the system is hooked into Skype it allows monitoring of all telecommunications worldwide.

Advanced Vortex Satellite System:

            These systems have been replaced; they operated from the 80’s to the 90’s. They were very high altitude satellites, operated by the U.S. Air Force. According to records five were launched OPS 9454, OPS 1948, OPS 4029, OPS 0441, USA-31, & USA-37. They weighed on average about 3,600 lbs. and were superseded by the much larger and higher capacity Mercury systems.

T3 Taps:

            T3 Taps are the collection of microwave carrier transmissions as are commonly used by telephone companies, especially to cross barriers like mountains, rivers, or other obstructions to wire or fiber optic feeds. It is at these points between the sender and the receiver when the signal is transmitted that it can be seamlessly overheard without the sender of receiver’s knowledge. Usually, a van containing the appropriate required equipment is simply parked between the two points and the transmission collected and monitored. The parabolic antennas sticking out of the roofs however easily identify the vans. The operator simply valves into the signal stream without any possible detection. Due to cost, this form of SIGNET collection is almost exclusively restricted to government.

C1 Taps:

            C1 taps are more common due to their much-reduced costs and are therefore also used by private organizations. The bulk of all communications is by one or another telephone systems. For example almost all TV and radio transmissions are at some point sent over telephone lines. This is also true of Cell phone transmissions. This is applicable to microwave, hard copper wire, or fiber optic use. C1 taps can only be used on microwave at the point where the signal is converted from radio frequency to optic or microwave impulse signal. The most common place of usage is at telephone company field switching stations, where they are hardwired to the appropriate lugs. Newer systems look like computer chips and have two functions, 1) monitor all transmission from and to, and 2) route the signal on to its intended by the sender recipient. Your author had such a system on his telephone lines for years. The system is deductible with a simple telephone tap detection system. Ghost conversations, and sound distortion are discernable side effects. After the Oklahoma City bombing of the Murrah Federal office building the Clinton Administration was able to push legislation through congress that allowed this type of tap without court ordered warrants.

Electronic broadcast taps:

            Commonly called bugs these are not new systems. They are simply detected using radio frequency recognition device such as made by CSI among many other provider. All of these systems transmit a vey low power transmission to a robot transmitter usually no more the 50 yards from the device, which rebroadcasts the signal on higher power. The most compounded problem is that they operate on batteries unless they are hard wired into an existing power source and thus require frequent battery changes. Newer technology may extend battery life to 12 months but at considerable cost. Transmission of the bug is usually on FM or HF signal. They can be very small, in cases of government where cost is not a problem, microscopic. The voice capture can however all be defeated with a white noise generator that is commercially available for under $20.00

The TWR KH12 Satellite:

            This satellite built by TWR for NASA is similar to the Hubbell Space Telescope, except that it looks back at earth not into space. It is capable in clear weather of seeing a package of cigarettes in a parking lot. Information this satellite collects is returned to earth on a laser carrier beam so it cannot be intercepted by anyone. This technology is called the LACROSSE system. Unknown by most, the satellite is outfitted with a SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar), developed by Scandia labs and with this technology is able to see the same package in inclement weather. This is a huge satellite measuring about 60 by 20 feet. Use of KH12 does not require a court order.

 

Drones:

            Drone technology has simply exploded in the last decade as has what is much more troubling drone miniaturizing. There are now hundreds of insect sized drones that have voice, and visual capability some are as small as a fly. While flight or travel duration is restricted to about 20 minutes, once positioned they are able to transmit for several hours. Larger units disguised as birds are more common. Medium sized ones about the size and configuration of toy airplanes can be in the air for several hours and cost a mere few hundred dollars. Google Miniature Drones and you can view hundreds of pictures of many different models. Mashable.com shows drones for sale on their site beginning at $149 and up to $179.

 

 

 

PRISIM:

            PRISIM is one of the NASA programs. Since NASA has gone out of the space exploration business they have been rapidly turned into an arm to aid in surveillance of Americans. The administration has admitted the existence of the program but has been cryptic about it. Verizon, Google, Yahoo Facebook, and all the rest have continuously denied that they gave the Prisim program unfettered access to their servers. However as the Verizon leaked information disclosed, Verizon with about 130 million customers gave them access to all their servers. It therefore stands to reason that all the rest are in the same boat. Factually we can say with certainty that NASA designed Prisim for the purpose of accessing the nine largest Internet servers. If that was the purpose, then obviously it is being used to do exactly that. We are informed that information is restricted by Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Act, (2008) which is being used as the cover for this invasion of privacy. The fact that Section 702 has nothing to do with American citizens appears to have escaped media attention. The Director on National Intelligence, (Liar) James Clapper admitted Prisim existence, and in a classified but made public power point presentation, Edward Snowden the whistle blower, emphatically stated that Prisim collected information directly from the servers of, Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, and all other Internet server companies. This is all beginning to look like a STASI operation. What we do know from published reports is that all these tech companies have open request orders from the secret FISA court, which allows Prisim access under restricted FISA court orders. So, denial by any of these companies is bogus because they do not know and are not allowed to ask what information Prisim is collecting. A sophisticated and controlled formalized legal process controls Prisim, which is secret from the Internet provider allowing continuous and unrelenting access to all issues relating to the servers. The government’s initial claim was that the information held by these servers was the property of the server owners and not that of the sender or recipient, and that therefore the government had unlimited access to all e-mail information. That is legally a very weak argument, yet to be litigated.  An interesting side note is that German legislators under the guise of “Spying on the World” have demanded answers and are in process of bringing legal action, probably in the international Court at The Hague.

The American government in preparation to a possible conflict with Iran, pushed by Israel, has established command and control centers in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Egypt, Turkey, Georgia, Greece, Bulgaria, and Rumania, creating a ring of electronic surveillance around Iran.

We must once again warn that the problem with all of this is twofold. Firstly the FICA court is secret and the identity of judges proceeding in the court is secret. Secret courts remind us of the Inquisition. Secondly, no one has control over the establishment of the thousands of individuals allowed power to name any issue; confidential, classified, secret and top secret, therefore the government can simply classify any information they don’t want you to know about even though it has absolutely nothing to do with national security. This has been recently expanded to Executive privilege used by Obama to obstruct information in the Fast and Furious matter.

 

We certainly hope that no one reading this report suffers the illusion that all of these maters and these scandals are not related. Likewise we hope that no reader is so stupid as to believe that the White House learned about all of this from the mainstream media. With the inclusion of spy systems, which have been perverted to accomplish political ends, every issue of this paper is related to voter suppression. Sure, many different means are employed but in the end they all are set to accomplish the same thing.

Looking at each of these issues very briefly:

Fast & Furious

Fast and Furious was a massive gun selling operation by the BATF, & US Marshals office, to Mexican drug cartels. Reportedly several hundred Mexicans and at least two American law enforcement officers lost their lives due to this stupid and illegal department of justice run operation. Our AG Eric Holder lied to congress about it and later lied about other issues all felonies with mandatory five-year prison term, poor Eric, was censured by congress. Wow a slap on the wrist!  Somewhere between 2,000 and 3,000 guns were sold to the drug cartels. FFL Gun dealers were told to look the other way or their licenses would be suspended. Not one person has been fired or imprisoned; BATF and the Marshals office promoted several active participants.

Benghazi:

            Benghazi, that resulted in the deaths of ambassador Stevens our Libyan ambassador his aid and two seal team bodyguards, occurred weeks before the presidential election. After Obama had postulated in the media and his state of the union address that al Qaida was finished, the administration decided to block information relating to the assassinations. Susan Rice our UN ambassador then went of 5 Sunday Morning TV shows to lie about the Benghazi incident. Then Obama really made a fool of himself when he went before the UN General Assembly and told his fairy tale about some video causing a riot. This is not unlike the “Workplace Violence” of the “Allah is Great” in Arabic shouting Major Nidal Hasan, charged with 35 murders and attempted murders, drawing full government pay while in jail, whose trial is yet to commence and who escaped NSA detection, along with Boston and so forth. The Benghazi incident was caused by two and only two people, both of which were on an extensive on the job training venture, paid for by you. Hillary Clinton had zero experience in foreign affairs and her tenure at the State Department left the agency in shambles, prostitution, pedophilia, wayward DNC contributing unqualified ambassadors, lack of leadership, the loss of intelligence from Libya, the loss of a friend in Egypt, turmoil in the entire Middle East, problems with North Korea, the list is endless, Clinton was the worst secretary of state in American history, only to be topped by her boss, the ever arrogant Obama. In summation the entire Benghazi affair has by the progressives been stone walled, to the point that we are after six months, are no closer to the truth. Oh, yes, and just by the way, everyone, Clinton. Rice, Petraeus, Clapper, Obama, Carney, all lied not once but repeatedly. No one has been fired, jailed, or even held accountable.

Edward Snowden a real hero, who gave up a well paying job, his girl, his home, his family and his future to tell Americans how our corrupt government is violating our freedoms is now according to twits like House leader John Boehner to be tried as a traitor. Snowden did not reveal to date any information that places any American in Jeopardy, quite to the contrary he informed us of massive malfeasants of out intelligence community. The poor man is now been designated by the Q-Group within the CIA, who is in fact the Associate Directorate for Security and Counterintelligence, sounds positively Soviet to us. You take away these bastards toys and they really get nasty!

IRS

The IRS scandal was a concerted effort by the progressive Democrats ongoing for three years, to accomplish several illegal goals: 1) To impede any and all, to date over 300 applications for tax exempt status by any opposition to progressives agenda, by identifying them through their names, Constitutional, Freedom, Tea Party, etc. 2) To use the authority of the IRS to audit opposing political individuals and organizations for intimidation. 3) To transmit to opposing political factions details of membership, contributors, function, organization, and structure of all such organizations. 4) To publicly lie about all these issues in the media. One person to date has been let go, with pension who was due to retire this year. And one suspended with pay.

Media-Gate:

The organized and functioning attack on all media that does not site with the Democrat progressives, consisting of four illegal functions: 1) The IRS audits of individual journalists, as well as their employers, for purpose of intimidation. 2) To induce all media sources to follow administration and White House directed reporting of news. 3) Intimidation of FOX White House news reporter James Rosen and his parents by DJ tapping their telephones and his line in the White house. The DJ personally signing the warrant claiming him to be a flight risk and criminal co-conspirator. 4) The massive tapping of AP (associated Press) of lines used by over 200 journalists. No one is in jail, no one has been charged, nothing is happening.

Prisim:

The just released information from Verizon that all their about 130 million telephone customers had been compromised to the NSA through their NASA run Prisim system, and the such information had been provided under a fishing expedition drag net through an illegal FISA court batched order listing 300 million people as potential terrorists. No one jailed, nothing is happening

EPA

Cathleen Sibelius and her environmental agency have been making public classified lists of Ranchers and Farmers and providing those names to Environmentally active groups like the Sierra Club, Green Cross etc. EPA vice director Sean John admitted to the acts. This is a blatant violation of government policy and violates the “Privacy Act” Senator John Thume has demanded a full-scaled investigation. After doing that Sibelius stated, “this was a huge mistake and we have taken the lists back” After the cat is out of the bag that’s useless policy. Sibelius has not been charged even though she ran an agency that violated over 100,000 American’s rights. Just breaking seems to be some sort of payola scheme operating out of EPA, we will learn more soon.

FEC

The EEC, (Federal Elections Commission) has been stalling AFP (American Freedom Party) qualification as a national political party from before the 2012 presidential election thus bearing, under Florida State law, ballot access in Florida to AFP.  Remains pending.

The primary assertion by the White House and the administration is that all theses things are necessary for Americans to be safe in their persons and property. In view of the fact that in last week’s congressional testimony the new head of the CIA was unable to provide a single name of an arrested terrorist made based on NSA collected information, is very telling. When then the head of the FBI did not know who was in charge of investigation of the IRS matter or how many men were involved in the investigation, we were flabbergasted! The fact that the National Security Advisor to the president lied to congress is also very telling. The head of the IRS, CIA, FBI, DOD, EPA, BATF, DJ, US Marshalls office, State Department, and the president all know nothing about any of these things.

 

 

Talk about a chilling bit of information look up Main Core on Goggle. About a dozen sites who all claim that there is a government list with 8 million American on it for detention in case of civil unrest. All these sites are unrelated many have pictures of detention camps. The primary question is if there is a list, are you on it?
