~IS JOHN DUGAN THE WOLF AT THE DOOR FOR VETERANS? Trying to correct any mistakes
How is this for a lack of common sense approach – according to John Dugan – get to his rap in a moment but first, a plea goes out for Congress to give the Federal Reserve and the FDIC – federal deposit insurance Corp. – The authority to bypass congressional approval – a much needed check and balance for the Fed, FDIC and the treasury – Congress may have a low approval rating- but- giving these three entities free reign with taxpayer dollars would be like putting the fox in the chicken coop. Second thought, even worse. Who are these greedy bloodthirsty vultures that want a free pass to bypass Congress to give money to non-banks, give liquidity to broker dealers – have the FDIC insure their alleged self-serving pocket stuffing off shore foreign bank accounts.  Does anyone out there believe for a moment that the best – Oops-best interest of the people or the country is in any way invested here – rest assured, it is not. Look what happened a few years ago when they even had to get approval from Congress after Lehman Brothers screwed themselves up and these groupies ran to Congress with a scare that the country would fall apart. Well, all nine big banks for the first TARP bailout was solvent and the CEO refused the money, then the Treasury Secretary was force-feeding them, all except Citigroup – “Geithner’s baby”.  After all, the big bailouts – what we saw- were big bonuses, corporate jets, luxury for the executives. Homeowners were shoved down.
As for this group and John Dugan wanting to free themselves from much-needed checks and balances – giving the fight was hard for the FDIC not to be pushed further into a corner by the, then Fed Reps and especially the Treasury Rep of the 2008 crisis and now whining that the Dodd- Frank Act went too far. Well, check again, it did not go far enough to protect the taxpayer and the people – too many loopholes that still need plugged up. But back to an even greater point, why the Feds especially need to have an even greater authoritative check put in place. If what they did to the veterans was, what they want to call “accidental” – then they really need full times babysitters. If what they did was on purpose to get interest at the veterans expense or to pay bonuses to employees or if the money for that month wasn’t there – then the Federal Reserve is really mismanaged and needs a super inspection and overview of incompetence and a thorough housecleaning. Thanks to the feds so-called mistake of the feds holding almost 2 1/2 million of veterans payments through the Department of Veterans Affairs – how many veterans have died waiting on treatment? How many are still on waitlist at veteran clinics? Remember the scandal – wasn’t that long ago. Congress – House – Senate all need to hold onto their individual powers no matter what political group is in office. They all need checks and balances. Danger for this country would be to turn any of those to be bribed – gouged, persuaded to give up their authority. That especially goes for the Federal Reserve, the FDIC and the Treasury who definitely needs strong, experienced, nonpartisan- not personal self interest in control of any of those departments. Someone to spearhead with authority the best interest of the United states over foreign interest or other countries. The United States must come first. It’s veterans – it’s people – must be first and that has not been happening. Veterans and homeowners are proof of this failure. Almost forgot, at least I’m not working for the Feds. Back to John Dugan as I told you I would get to. Under the last, almost catastrophic meltdown crisis threat for this country where the big banks especially CITI and an insurance company, AIG, Geithner and his pal Mr. Dugan, all got trillions – thanks to SecretaryTreasurer, the Feds and the FDIC having Congress thinking the country was going to meltdown if not bailed out – the Veterans and Homeowners were screwed over big time but, the Big Bank’s, CEOs and employees all continued to get their millions in bonuses and compensations while people were illegally being foreclosed on by the banks. Where was John Dugan? The spearhead who now wants to bypass Congress to what really creates an Armageddon of total destruction – a River of no return.
