1  HR347– allows Secret Service to arrest anyone protesting near a President or others designated. These are referred to as NO FREE SPEECH ZONES…1st Amendment violation?

2 Unlawful search and seizure; as noted by Ron Paul, the domestic use of drones (by local, state and federal) to spy on Americans clearly violates the fourth Amendment and LIMITS our rights to personal privacy.” 4th Amendment violation?

3 National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has set standards to require auto manufactures to install “black boxes” or data recorders in all new cars. 4th Amendment violation?

4 NDAA, as known as the National Defense Authorization Act, Section 1021; Due Process Rights negated. 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Amendment violations?

5 By Jan 2013 Obama had issued over 45 Executive orders on Gun Control (23 listed here) as reported by California Political Review. 2nd Amendment violation?
