Syrian Troops Seize Back Strategic Town in Homs

Syrian forces seized full control of a strategic town in Homs after they flushed the ISIL terrorists out of the Western province.

A senior Syrian military source, speaking on condition anonymity, said that the country’s Tiger Forces made huge gains in their military campaign against the ISIL in Homs province and succeeded in recapturing Jazal Gas Fields and the town of Jazal from the Takfiri group.

The army troops plan to liberate an approach road to Palmyra in the second phase of their operation in an attempt to prepare the ground for Palmyra liberation.

The ISIL terrorists recently overran Palmyra in central Homs in an attempt to take full control of the ancient city, but were pushed back by the Syrian troops.

The ISIL Takfiri terrorists currently control shrinking swathes of Syria and Iraq. They have threatened all communities, including Shiites, Sunnis, Kurds, Christians, Ezadi Kurds and others, as they continue their atrocities in Iraq.

Kurdish Forces Win Back Syrian Army’s Strategic Base from ISIL in Reqqa

The Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) in Syria took back the army’s strategic headquarters in Northern Syria from the Takfiri terrorists on Monday.
The Kurdish forces seized back the army’s Division 93 Base in Reqqa province from the ISIL militants today.
Another army base located in the Southern parts of Tal Abyad was also seized back few days ago from the ISIL terrorists.
On Thursday, the Syrian army took back control of 22 important towns and villages in Northern Syria from the Takfiri terrorists.
The Kurdish forces seized back 22 strategic towns and villages from the ISIL along Tal Tamr-Aleppo Highway.
The towns of Sokhreh, Khazuka, Tal Tavil and Bir Attiya were among the towns seized back by the YPG fighters in the Northern parts of the country.
The border towns are major avenues for commerce for the extremist group — through which it smuggles in foreign fighters and sells black-market oil. The city is also a key link between Turkey and the Northern Syrian city of Reqqa, the de-facto capital of the ISIL group’s self-declared caliphate.
The YPG has made a determined push into Reqqa province from neighboring Hasaka where it has driven ISIL from wide areas of territory since early May.

Leader’s Chief of Staff: ISIL Doomed to Failure, Annihilation

Supreme Leader’s Chief of Staff Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Mohammadi Golpayegani voiced confidence that the savage ISIL terrorist group will fail and will be annihilated.

“The ISIL is failing, collapsing and being annihilated,” Mohammadi Goplayegani told reporters in Tehran on Monday.

Stressing that the Iraqi people, including the Shiites, Sunnis and those who love Islam and their homeland, are standing against the ISIL, he said that God has promised in the holy Quran that the void is mortal.

In relevant remarks in February, Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force Commander Major General Qassem Soleimani underlined that the terrorist groups in the region, specially the ISIL, were experiencing the last days of their lives.

“Given the heavy failures that the ISIL and other terrorist groups in Iraq and Syria have sustained, we are sure that these groups are nearing the end of their life,” Soleimani said, addressing a ceremony on the occasion of the 36th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in the Southern province of Kerman.

He said that persuading and organizing the Takfiri streams to impair the face of Islam and creating sedition and civil war among Muslims is the last weapon used by the arrogant powers.

Also in October, General Soleimani underlined that the US moves in the region and the terrorist attacks by the ISIL would end in failure.

“I believe that both the US moves and the terrorist acts of the ISIL are doomed to failure because they are not in quest for truth,” General Soleimani told reporters in Tehran.

“Their solution will not lead to victory; we have all witnessed in Syria that the measures they adopted did not produce any fruit (for them),” he added.
General Soleimani underlined that the victories gained by Islam and the Islamic Republic of Iran had all been the result of their real quest for truth.
