Well, Mike DeWine and Gov. John Kasich seem pleased that “Blighted Homes and Properties” have been and are disappearing across Ohio.  After all, it was the Homeowners fault, right?  It was the homeowners fault they lost their jobs, their fault they were given loans on over-priced property that wouldn’t and won’t appraise out – that the infamous Ocwen became their loan servicer, only to start charging fees upon fees for services not performed that raised monthly payments forcing homeowners into foreclosures or lets make a “modification” deal, which has proven to be a so-called cesspool of deception.  Well, when someone couldn’t pay – out they went- that was easy for the banks and servicers to foreclose on using alleged inept ignorant judges or were these judges not only biased but allegedly corrupt?  Follow the money -
But what happens with all the illegal foreclosures when the servicer, like the infamous Ocwen, wants the property.  If they can’t get it one way, they try the back door, illegal ways.  Where was John Kasich when the pendulum was swinging for millions of families?  John Kasich doesn’t bother to answer, he is too busy jetting from State to State trying to see if he can be President and enjoy the ride while Ohio is suffering from corrupt foreclosures, bad roads, lack of jobs and much more.  Kasich was spouting of Ohio’s unemployment rate which is still below the nation’s average.  Look at the poverty rate in Ohio – the rate of Medicaid- Look at Ohio poverty rate, then ask – HAS OHIO gotten better?
Answer is obvious – Play with the figures, screw around with numbers but FACTS are FACTS.  They twist, deny, hide, lie but people who live in Ohio really know the truth.  
Oh, and we have Senator Sherrod Brown and his lapel pin of a “canary in a cage”.  Brown and Kasich should look at Ohio’s poverty and crime rate, then look into Sherrod Brown’s little bird cage pin.  Ask Gov, John Kasich or Senator Sherrod Brown about securitization or illegal bank foreclosures- Deer in the headlight look will no doubt be your answer.  As for Mike DeWine, not my department, ask someone else is the answer you will get.  The deer fell over.  The canary flew the cage – for some Ohioans, the canary is horizontal.
