Today Shirokino is widely discussed, and people are asking whether our forces had surrendered the settlement. No, they did not. In fact, they pretended to have surrendered it.
The course of the events was the following. In the morning of June 26 Ukrainian by force of up to two units with the support of artillery attacked the positions of the 9th regiment of NAF. Our troopers imitated the retreat and gave a chance to our artillery to target the referenced marks. as a result the UAF suffered losses up to 15 KIA and about 20 WIA.
At the moment the sides occupy the same positions in Shirokino as before.

Our units had battered the enemy significantly, but mad no breakthrough on this part of the front line, and the position fighting of medium intensity are still underway. The same is right about other parts of the front line.
In accordance with the reconnaissance teams data it is the units of the Right Sector and foreign mercenaries that assault Shirokino. UAF units are mainly stationed on their positions in fortified areas and carry out artillery support.
Use of American anti-tank missiles Javelin had been repeatedly registered here. Their delivery is characterized by non-taped missile launch and soft humming of the power jet.
Foreign mercenaries use such tricks when they attack from behind buildings: they have safety lines round their bodies, and when they get hit, their fellow troopers pull them back to shelter. They never leave the dead and wounded in the battlefield (that is, they do everything possible to avoid it), and artillery covers their evacuation.
