Tearing Apart the 14th Amendment - Part II

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Part 1 posted earlier this morning discussed the deliberately deceptive legalese used by lawyers and the international money changers against the people.  We defined some of the legalese, and then decoded their meanings used in Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.  Part I inlcuded the legalese for the definitions of “person”, “United States”, “Individual”, “reside”, “include, includes, and including”.  Click on my contributor link to go to Part 1…”Do you know what the 14th Amendment really says…”  You need those definitions to continue this study.  We are now going to decode and tear apart Section 2.

Section 2 is even more obtuse than Section 1, so as to make it as difficult as possible for the common man to understand.    We need to look at the legal definition of some more words.

Inhabitant: One who resides actually and permanently in a given place and has his domicile there.

Domicle:  the established, fixed, permanent, or ordinary dwelling place of residence of a person, as distinguished from his temporary and transient, though actual, place of residence.  It is his legal residence, as distinguished from his temporary place of abode; or his home, as distinguished from a place to which business or pleasure may temporarily call him.  (Towson v. Towson, 126 Va. 640, 102 S.E. 48, 52.)

We have to decode the definition of “domicile”, as they use the legalese of “reside” and of “person” within the definition.  In other words, it is the established, fixed, and permanent or ordinary dwelling place of an officer, agent, or employee of the government where he has his permanent office.

So, “inhabitant” means the permanent dwelling place of an officer, agent, or employee of the government.  A sojourner.   The idea is that a foreign agent of the District of Columbia is on permanent assignment in one of the States of the Union, and decides to stay in office in that state permanently on that assignment, and lives and dwells in that state in order to carry out the duties of his office.   In legalese, an “inhabitant” is an officer or employee of one nation or country who lives in a foreign nation or country.

State:  a country.  Each one of the 50 states of the union is its own country.  They are foreign to the District of Columbia, and to the United States government.

Now, let’s look at Section 2 of the 14th Amendment.  It is very complicated.  Deliberately so, designed to deceive all Americans!

Amendment XIV, Section 2.

Representatives shall be apportioned among the several states according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each state, excluding Indians not taxed.  But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the executive and judicial officers of a state, or the members of the legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such state, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such state.

First let’s decode the legalese, using the common meanings defined above and in Part I.

Representativentives [of the federal government] shall be apportioned among the several (states/ countries) according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of (officers/employees/agents/ volunteers of the District of Columbia or one of the territories) in each (state/country), excluding Indians not taxed.  But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the (District of Columbia or one of the territories) Representatives in Congress, the executive and judicial officers of a (state/country), or the members of the legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male (officer/agent/employee of the District of Columbia permanently dwelling there)  of such (state/country), being twenty-one years of age, and (officers / agents / employees / volunteers) of the (District of Columbia / territories), or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male (officers / agents / employees / volunteers of the U.S.) shall bear to the whole number of male (officers / agents / employees / volunteers of the U.S.) twenty-one years of age in such (state/country).

First of all, non-taxed Indians were not and still are not considered Americans.  Nor are they subject citizens of the United States government, unless they have consented to be taxed as volunteers.  They are not subject to the laws of the United States.  So, they are excluded.

The only people who were considered under this section as qualified to vote for representatives of the government of the District of Columbia, and its territories were the “persons”, ie. officers, agents, and employees of the government who were dwelling within one of the foriegn countries / states in the union of states.

Next, let’s remove the qualifying modifier phrases in the second sentence for just a moment.  “But, when the right to vote at any election ……is denied to any of the male officers, agents, or employees of the District of Columbia or its territories that are dwelling in that state, … or in any way abridged, except for the participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced ……

What is this really saying?  When you strip out the deliberately confusing phrases between the noun and subject, you get the following meaning:

Officers, agents, employees of the federal government who are permanently living in one of the foreign 50 states on duty assignment are entitled to vote for electors of the offices of President and Vice President, and for Representatives in Congress in Washington, D.C., and for the executive and judicial officers of the foreign state / country they reside in, even if they were convicted of a crime or participated in rebellion.

And, that the basis for counting the number of officers, agents, and employees of the federal government eligible to vote are those male employees over the age of 21, minus all those male officers over the age of 21 whose rights have been denied or abridged.

So, they could deny the rights of some of their employees, and not allow them to vote. (Hmmmm. Military officers’ votes delayed, gone missing, denied?)  And, all those male officers over 21 years that were denied the right to vote would be subtracted from those whom they allowed to vote in their corporation.  But, they would not consider them ineligible if they were simply guilty of rebellion or had been convicted of a crime in one of the fifty states. After all, they were in rebellion against the de jure, lawful united States of America. They had successfully staged a coup against the 50 states, and they didn’t care about inconsequential state matters.  They wanted as many of their agents, and employees to vote as they allowed.

They knew that any misguided participation in their voting scheme by the regular population of one of the fifty states was actual rebellion against the united States of America.  So they had to exclude that crime for their officers, employees, and agents.  They knew their officers were automatically guilty of treason against the united States of America.

If after the civil war, you voted for any of the officers of the newly formed foreign corporation, you were betraying your country.  So, they had to exclude those crimes to allow their employees, agents, and officers living within those states to vote for their corporate representatives, and other positions of office in the government in the District of Columbia.

Does this Section discuss any participation by the native Citizens of any of the 50 states in the election of officers to the federal government?  NO!  In fact, if you are a Citizen of one of the 50 states you are not supposed to be voting for an officer in the “new” federal corporation located in the District of Columbia, that was organized after the coup of the Civil War.

According to Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, you, a Citizen of one of the 50 states, are actually betraying your country by participating in the election of officers of the foreign-owned corporation located in Washington, D.C.!

We will look at the decoded meanings of the rest of the 14th Amendment in the next post.
