Pete Santilli Sold You Out! Will Aid Federal Government In Stomping 1st Ammendment

 What better way to smash the 1st Ammendment to the floor, and crush all local and small reporting efforts, than to have a “landmark case” come before the Supreme Court.

As many people already suspected, Pete Santilli, who has allegedly been arrested, could now possibly be aiding the government in removing the public’s ability to report news as they see it, be on the gruond for an alternative source of news, and participate in free speech.

See it here yourself, as his partner Deb Jordan describes how his attorney from the ACLU sees this case as one that could, in her own words, “set precedent”.

Yes, she even mentions Youtube-ers. Ok, so when have you ever known the ACLU to be on the side of the people or real right’s issues? It seems to me they have this pesky habit of bringing issues to the Supreme Court for the purpose of having the court rewrite or twist the meaning of the Ammendments.

Knowing that it is a communist funded organization (and if you did not, you do now) you need to be asking yourself these two important questions.

1- Why would Pete Santilli be using an attorney from a communist organization?

2- Why do they want to take a 1st Ammendment case to the Supreme Court? There can only be one answer.

To change the meaning of ‘freedom of speech’ already granted in the 1st Ammendment. I smell a rat - or worse, a total sell out.

  I hope you can see clearly now where this will most likely be going, and how it could end up actually taking away your rights.

Although the Supreme Court has no valid Constitutional authority to set laws, and are only able to render an interpretation of the law, our country seems to be using these interpretations as law. Not one ‘judgement’ they render is actual law.

It is only an interpretation that can be used as a guide, but doesn’t have to be. They have no law making powers, period.

I believe it could be very dangerous to the free press and set a standard that goes totally against the freedoms stated in the 1st Ammendment.

I also believe that Pete was an obvious ‘inside player’ from the word go on this Oregon issue, as many suspected from the begining.
