Glenn Beck on Trump: “The stabbing just wouldn’t stop”
(TRUNEWS) While broadcasting live from CPAC 2016 on Friday, Glenn Beck said if he was present at Thursday night’s debate, and had a knife, he would have stabbed Donald Trump multiple times.
“I don’t know what I would have done if I was sitting in” Cruz or Rubio’s shoes, Beck said. “I can’t say it that way. If I were on the stage, I would have said, ‘have you been listening to him tonight? Have you been listening to what I say about him?’ I believe these things.”
Beck ended by saying: “If I was close enough and had a knife, the stabbing just wouldn’t stop.”
TRUNEWS reached out to Donald Trump’s campaign and TheBlaze, but neither have commented yet on Beck’s statement.
TRUNEWS president Rick Wiles today expressed alarm over Glenn Beck’s mental health after the radio host said he would repeatedly stab billionaire Donald Trump if he got near him with a knife. Wiles said Glenn Beck’s on-air comments were more than “over the top” for a nationally-known broadcaster. “Glenn Beck openly said on hundreds of radio stations that he wanted to repeatedly slash Donald Trump with a knife if he could get close to the Republican candidate.” According to Wiles, Mr. Beck is “exhibiting signs of emotional instability.” “Glenn Beck openly expressed his desire to murder a presidential candidate. His comments are quite disturbing coming from a man who is heard by more than six million people each day.” Wiles said he is already troubled by the rancor and viciousness of the 2016 Presidential campaign. “Mr. Beck’s fantasy of slashing Donald Trump to death only intensifies the poisonous atmosphere of this year’s election campaign.” The Trunews host said he was shocked when he heard the audio from today’s edition of the Glenn Beck Show. “Glenn Beck’s words were more than over the top. They constitute a threat to commit a violent act against the leading candidate for President. I hope the Secret Service pays a visit to Mr. Beck and orders him to get psychiatric treatment.”
Beck’s threat comes on the heels of a spree of tweets following Trump’s Super Tuesday victory, which explicitly called for his assassination and even comparing him to Hitler.
If you see a Trump supporter in public you just gotta square up and shoot the fair one. Twitter gon start up a GoFundMe to pay for your bail

Roger Stone, former campaign manager and close confidant of Donald Trump, said the billionaire candidate actively wears a bullet proof vest everywhere he goes, and has taken the threats against his life very seriously.

Glenn Beck has been a vocal supporter of Ted Cruz, even going as far as making a call to his followers from his official Facebook to join him and his family in a fast for Ted Cruz prior to the Nevada caucus.
Donald Trump announced today that he was pulling out of CPAC, opting instead to campaign in Kansas and Florida. Wiles was not surprised by this, saying “his security team likely advised him to pull out after Beck’s threat.”
CPAC responded by saying that they were “very disappointed” Trump decided last minute to drop out, and that his choice sends a clear message to conservatives.
Very disappointed @realDonaldTrump has decided at the last minute to drop out of #CPAC — his choice sends a clear message to conservatives.
— CPAC (@CPAC) March 4, 2016
Some may consider their response to be especially ironic since Politico reported that Trump has donated almost $100,000 to CPAC, $50,000 in 2015 alone. What kind of message does CPAC send to conservatives if they are allowing broadcasters to violently threaten Presidential candidates from their conference?
