Goddard Inquiry -- Are Child Abuse Survivors being Targeted by an Infiltrator?

A survivor of child abuse, pertpetrated within a London Borough, and also whilst placed with a foster home  within the same borough, has spoken out publicly over her fears that she, and other vulnerable people who may have information pertinent to the Goddard Inquiry , have been targeted by a sponsored inflitrator who’s aim is to derail, distract or otherwise undermine their own ongoing cases whilst employing Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to control, coercing and psychologically intimdating them. Their job is to silence the whistle blower and even, in this case, set the wheels in motion to have the survivor sectioned or worse. Our article begins with this first short video showing Katie, our whistle blower, trying to confront, in Leeds two weeks ago, the man who nearly ruined her life and that of her family.

Kate Boyle explains, through these chronological video play list, how she was targeted by what now she believes to be a narcissist/sociopath whom she also now firmly believes to be in the employee of the State.
Katie was approached at the Royal Courts of Justice whilst attending a small rally anf her nightmare began there.
She tells of the subtle controlling techniques employed from almost the moment that they met and in increasing levels as the year wore on.

Katie, and others, are adamant that this man has been interfering in several of these types of cases concerning vulnerable parents, as well as hers and he appears to be targeting survivors of institutionalised child abuse whom may have evidence for the Goddard Inquiry as well as mums fighting for the return of their stolen children. All are in agreement that psychological manipulation has been employed as well as controlling and coercing and all have reported interference and disruption to their cases.. They were all so alarmed at what they had discovered about this man and each other that they asked that this half hour public awareness short documentary warning to people be produced.

Here, from the period of time in question is the radio show hosted by Katie’s tormentor where he explains his background and how he has been assessed as not capable as a father. Katies comments at the end, said in the present day, clarify that this man does appear to have an unhealthy interest in psychopaths… If you miss the slip. the video producer has made it easy for you at the end of the video. Katies words are chilling, but the hosts admission, albeit unintentional, is staggering and very very telling.

Katie explains that she allowed herself to become involved with this man as he he claimed to have helped over 800 people via his ‘charity’ Pearshape.org and because of his apparent ‘standing’ in the campaign movement.
However, It was later determined that no such charity ever existed, and that there were no 800 satisfied clients.  Katie wanted to confront this infiltrator with her evidence of psychological abuse against her, her family and others as well as exposing his fake ‘charity’.

Katie decided to confront her tormentor but each time he beats a retreat refusing, even up to the moment of publishing to respond to her questions and damning documentary evidence of foul play afetr all, ‘Controlling and Coercing a Vulnerable Person is a crime under Section 76 of the Serious Crimes Act 2015 which her tomentor should face a criminal inquiry over.

A serious question arises over the agenda surrounding this man and if this man is in the employ of someone who would wish to see many of these types of cases faulter, stall and be withdrawn or railroaded off track. Stella McLeod, mitigations advisor to parents fighting the court system for the return of their children makes some vailid observations to assist Katie and the others here..

Kate believes that this Counter Intelligence Program Operation [CointelPro] was formulated in April 2015 and began in June/July of the same year.
Katie has tried to publicly confront the man responsible for all this psychological abuse, including attempting to coerce Katie to a deserted campsite and interference between her and her family, a man who has, at the time of publishing, still refused to respond publicly to her allegations and has ducked Katie, her very valid observations, research, evidence and questions. Katie discusses that here with Stella Mcleod who gives her response..

These are serious allegations and questions that deserve answers not just from this man, but at the very highest levels. Are there shadowy and sinister cointelpro agents infiltrating movements to deliberately target those, who may be able to hold the establishment to account over wrong doings surrounding care home child abuse survivors and families fighting for the return of their stolen children?.
It’s looking likely and the Goddard Inquiry, especially,  should be made aware of that.

Katie’s belief that hers, and other targeted peoples, tormentor is in the employee of a sinister government agency, or hired local authority mercenary are not so far fetched once all the current evidence is looked at.

This infiltrator does seem very well versed on how to control and coerce vulnerable people and manipulate them into being distracted, diverted, confused or just frustrated to the point where they are distracted from, and make errors over, their own cases. As Katie points out

The end result court papers not filed on time, emails not sent., other distractions created by causing division within her own family as well as laying the foundation for mental health issues to be raised to thus allow sectioning under Mental Health Laws..
This is all very disturbing and may even be considered interference with the Goddard CSA Inquiry.
Katie goes on…

“He would ring 14 or so times constantly a day for weeks, and then ,,,, nothing for days… It was all Psychological assaults..”
“He kept hinting that I should hand power of attorney over myself to him as my next of kin, I nearly did. I had it written out in my own hand writing I was sat in tears with Julian on the phone at a court holding it in my hand deciding whether to give it to him as requested. Thank God I didn’t as I feel would have been sectioned, or even worse dead by now.”

Compounding the weight of what has been disclosed here is the treatment Katie, as a whistle blower, has received at the hands of the on line social media community platforms and at the hands of some, who claim to be child abuse campaigners, who have done their level best to silence her and drown her out with bullying and harassment.

All of this tends to lend more weight and credibilty to Katie’s claims and certainly enough to warrant a criminal investigation.. But what if the ‘establishment’ are actually behind it and police investigations ‘stifled’?? We’ve seen it on higher profile whistle blows than this..

In a similar type of damage limitation/disinfo campaign an alleged ‘truth’ radio show even had Katie call in for a ‘live’ interview which was then edited down to 7 mins from 41 mins because the show was not broadcast live allowing the host time to edit the full converstaion down to just 7 minutes that were designed to make the guest look unstable and irrational. It’s called Bad Jacketing and it is straight out of the CointelPro handbook so why couldn’t shadowy government agencies we attempting to undermine abuse survivors and families fighting to be reunited with their children?.

Below is what the listeners were permitted to hear by the Claire Kennedy Radio Show (from 00:00 to 7 mins 50secs) followed by (at 09.50mins) the FULL interview. One might wonder as to why Claire Kennedy would choose to leave 4/5 of a phone in interview on the cutting room floor. One would, until one hears the entire interview and researches the relationship between the alleged infiltrator and the shows host.
 

In summing up, are Katie’s claims credible? YES, is it probable that this man has been tasked with the agenda laid out by Katie Boyle? In our opinion, YES.

One thing is apparent, as our final video shows, and that is that if Katie cannot get any answers from this man over his psychological abuse of her, and others, and motives for doing so then maybe it’s time to ask the authorities to get those answers. If the authorities don’t act…. then we will have our own answer.~ .
