Convicted Fraudster Bilking Trump Devotees for October 29 Trump Support March

I’m absolutely convinced that this is going to work out well.

A convicted fraudster has opened a GoFundMe page in an attempt to raise $50,000 for a march in support of Donald Trump.

He has fallen short, with somewhere around $10,000 in the account, so far and the march scheduled for Saturday.

Scott J. Binsack has spent the last month organizing the “March for America 2016,” an event where grassroots supporters of the Republican nominee are expected to flood Washington, D.C. and capital cities across the United States on Oct. 29 to rally against government corruption 11 days before the presidential election.

“The purpose of the event is to support Donald Trump and to let our government know that we’re tired of the corruption in Washington,” Bettyann Senf, a Virginia resident who met Binsack online and was recruited to join the “March for America promotion team,” told the Washington Examiner Thursday afternoon.

Senf went on to say it was a “last minute” thing, coming together in less than three weeks.

That’s not a lot of time to put together something on the scale they are billing it as.

Indeed, Binsack launched his crowdsourcing campaign less than two weeks ago with the goal of raising $50,000 to cover “advertising, marketing, video ads, train, bus and plain [sic] tickets for those who can not [sic] afford to come” to the event. By Thursday night, he had raised just north of $9,500 from more than 200 individuals contributing $1,000 or less and sending well wishes to their fellow “deplorables.”

And none of them seem to have any idea who they’re sending their money to, although, these are Trumplings, so we can assume they have a real attraction to frauds.

You really do have to be careful about who you meet on social media and how you spend your money.

The former luxury home builder, who has been described as a “con man” in multiple news reports dating back to 1998, first entered the Pennsylvania state prison system in Oct. 2001 after pleading guilty to theft and misdemeanor bad check charges. He was released in 2004 and ordered by the Pennsylvania State Parole Board (PBPP) not to “open, maintain or have physical control of any savings, checking or credit union account” in his name.

Binsack was arrested again in 2007 after authorities determined his construction business was a fraud. He spent three years in prison in Lackawanna Co., Pa., according to local news reports.

Good grief.

By 2012, he was arrested again.

He had apparently violated his parole from the 2001 arrest, and then went on the run for a year.

He’s also some kind of loon, as he taunted the authorities in online videos. I’m sure that made it all the sweeter when they caught him and locked him away again in November 2012.

Binsack, who claims to have communicated with Trump himself on several occasions, maintains that he has been a target of police and government corruption, a primary reason he has chosen to support the billionaire’s campaign. A website to promote his book notes that two individuals who handled cases of his – former Monroe Co. District Attorney Mark Pazuhanich and Luzerne Co. Judge Mark Ciavarella Jr. – went on to face their own convictions for sexual abuse and bribery.

OH, GEEZ! Can it get any more strange?

Reached by phone Thursday evening, Binsack told the Examiner: “I know what it’s like to wake up in the morning and see your face on the front of the paper for something you didn’t do, like Donald Trump has happening to him.”

“I was never supposed to go to prison. This was a white-collar crime,” he added minutes later.

My heart bleeds for you, pal.

He’s definitely cut from the same cloth as Trump – entitled, whiney, and a con artist.

Supposedly, he’s reached out to and spoke with Mark Burns, a pastor who has acted as a Trump surrogate, and a reporter from InfoWars, Joe Biggs, in order to have them speak to the roving Trumpkins that make it out for Saturday’s march.

Let that sink in: InfoWars.

He’s also suggested that he’s using his own money to pay for Burns’ and Biggs’ travel expenses. He’ll just use the money in the GoFundMe account to pay himself back, later.

Totally on the up-and-up!

“None of the money is being used personally, understand my lips,” said Binsack. “I don’t need $10,000. I’m driving a brand new $150,000 BMW. I own three major corporations all in good standing. I have over a million followers. I’m not interested in that money.”

I understand your lips, buddy.

It’s hard to feel sorry for the people that have been duped into contributing money to this con. They’re the same people that fell for Trump’s con, as well.

Some people are just born to be suckers.
