TED CRUZ: “No Excuse” for Trump’s “Disturbing” Comments
Senator Ted Cruz released a brief statement on his Facebook page in response to the now infamous comments Trump made about women in a 2005 recording. Cruz’s comment is part of an avalanche of condemnations, and follows his very recent and very late decision to support Donald in November.
In its entirety:
These comments are disturbing and inappropriate, there is simply no excuse for them. Every wife, mother, daughter – every person – deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
I continue to be amazed by Trump fans who pretend that these were just normal “guy talk” comments. If you can’t tell the difference between what Trump was caught doing and saying, and actual “locker room talk” then I pity you. And probably wouldn’t let you near my daughters.
And if I was Ted Cruz, I wouldn’t want Trump anywhere near my family anyway, regardless of this tape.
Looks like you picked the wrong time to finally endorse him, Senator. Right before the October surprises. Head. Desk.

Oh and by the way recorded converstaions without two party consent, under california law, “which is where days of our lives if filmed” Cal. Penal Code § 632. The statute applies to “confidential communications” — i.e., conversations in which one of the parties has an objectively reasonable expectation that no one is listening in or overhearing the conversation. See Flanagan v. Flanagan, 41 P.3d 575, 576-77, 578-82 (Cal. 2002). A California appellate court has ruled that this statute applies to the use of hidden video cameras to record conversations as well. See California v. Gibbons, 215 Cal. App. 3d 1204 (Cal Ct. App. 1989).
If you are operating in California, you should always get the consent of all parties before recording any conversation that common sense tells you might be “private” or “confidential.” In addition to subjecting you to criminal prosecution, violating the California wiretapping law can expose you to a civil lawsuit for damages by an injured party.
So again, we have someone committing a crime on behalf of hillary clinton, JUST LIKE THE RELEASE OF HIS TAX RECORDS and you people don’t bat an eye.. but when hillary commits a crime, IT DOESN’T MATTER, because she has a vagina and you’re cuckolds !
