Trump in NC: I Don’t Grope Ugly Chicks

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

We’re less than a month away from the general election and Donald Trump is still blowing off the advice of his advisers to do and say whatever he wants.

Even as his poll numbers slide, he’s still the unrepentant, slimy, Trojan horse candidate that was successfully harnessed to reveal the nastier elements of American society.

In Greensboro, North Carolina on Friday, Trump did the typical Trump thing: Acted like a jackass and suggested that the women who have come forward recently to say he’d touched them inappropriately were too unattractive for him to molest.

Yes. When you’re charged with something this serious, the best thing to do is further insult the women as proof of your innocence.

“Yeah, I’m gonna go after her,” he said sarcastically at a rally in Greensboro, North Carolina. “Believe me, she would not be my first choice. That I can tell you. You don’t know. That would not be my first choice.”

Trump was referring to Jessica Leeds, a woman who told The New York Times on Wednesday that Trump groped her while the two were seated together on an airplane in the early 1980s.

He went on to do his usual whining about the vast conspiracy that has been built up against him. The persecution complex of the man is stunning, especially when he employs it, as he’s attacking others.

“When you looked at that horrible woman last night, you said ‘I don’t think so,’” Trump told his supporters. “I don’t think so. Whoever she is, wherever she comes from, the stories are total fiction. They are 100 percent made up. They never happened. They never would happen. I don’t think it happened with very many people, but they certainly aren’t gonna happen with me.”

He used the same line of attack against former People writer, Natasha Stoynoff.

Stoynoff is the reporter who claimed Trump forcibly kissed her in 2005 at his Mar-a-Lago estate, while a pregnant Melania was several rooms away.

“She’s a liar. She is a liar,” he said. “She’s writing a story — check out her Facebook page, you’ll understand.”

Trump admitted during the rally that his advisers wanted him to ignore his accusers and focus on policy, but of course, taking sound advice and giving the impression that he’s anything more than a novelty candidate who somehow made it further than anybody ever expected him to would not be who he is.

He outright rejected any allegation against him, claiming to his supporters that they’re all a result of a conspiracy created by collusion between the media and the Clinton campaign designed to keep him out of the White House.

“These are all horrible lies, all fabrications,” he said. “And we can’t let them change the most important election in our lifetime. If 5 percent of the people think it’s true — and maybe 10 percent — we don’t win.”

“The whole thing is one big fix. It’s one big fix,” he said. “It’s one big, ugly lie. It’s one big fix. The press can’t write the kind of things they write, which are lies, lies, lies. The stories are fabrications and false, and the only thing I say is hopefully — hopefully — our patriotic movement will overcome this terrible deception.”

He’s right about one thing. The media has given Hillary Clinton and the leaked emails an almost complete pass. That, however, is not a new thing. For many years, an admittedly left-leaning media has favored liberals and has acted as cover for them during some pretty heavy scandals.

A more seasoned politician would know this, which highlights the reason for Republicans to keep their backgrounds as scandal-free as possible.

In the past, you could count on Republican voters to nominate candidates who, at least outwardly, adhered to relatively up-and-up standards, and lived a life that reflected a responsible citizen, with good values.

This year, they nominated a scandal-machine with no experience, no decency, no common sense, and no ability to even fake it.

Great job, America.
