ISIL terrorists brainwashed thousands of children for the past two years in the militant-held city of Mosul, their stronghold in Iraq, according to a report by Iraqi High Commission for Human Rights.

The terrorists are said to have been modifying school curricula for two years to “brainwash student children, force hatred onto them and oblige them to join ISIL ranks,” according to the Commission’s media director, Jawad al-Shamri, Iraqi News reported.

He also said that ISIL had managed to meddle with the education of as many as 400,000 children in this manner.

“ISIL syllabuses taught children how to make explosive belts, take female hostages and prepare booby-traps,” al-Shamri noted.

Baghdad Deploys Forces only 4 Kilometers Away From Central Mosul

Mosul Liberation Operation has entered a new phase as Iraq’s anti-terrorism units are inching closer to the Central part of the city, Arab media outlets reported on Wednesday.

“Iraqi forces, backed up by vast aerial coverage, started fresh attack on ISIL’s positions North of Mosul. The offensive started in the Eastern part of Mosul at first, and the country’s force are advanced towards different regions in four fronts,” al-Arabiyeh news network reported.

“The anti-terrorism units attacked the strategic village of Adan East of Mosul in four directions,” the network said.

“Iraqi forces are now deployed 4 km away from the fourth bridge of Mosul that is a major link between the Eastern and Western banks of the Tigris River,” the network added.

Iraqi Forces Tap Terrorists’ Turkish-Language Communications at Tal Afar Airport

Iraqi military forces, who are on the verge of liberating the ISIL-held Tal Afar airport, have managed to wiretap ISIL communications in Turkish language inside the airport West of the militant-held city of Mosul.

The Arabic-language TV channel Al-Mayadeen said in a report on Wednesday that the Iraqi forces eavesdropped ISIL’s communications when they heard orders were given in the Turkish language by the ISIL commanders to those militants deployed inside the airport South of Tal Afar city, West of Mosul.

Over Dozen Civilians Killed in ISIL Attack in Eastern Mosul

More than a dozen civilians were reportedly lost their lives as ISIL terrorists launched a mortar attack against an Eastern neighborhood of Mosul in a desperate attempt to compensate for their huge losses inflicted on them by Iraqi government forces and their allied fighters.

On Wednesday, the terrorists lobbed a barrage of mortar rounds at al-Zahra district, which army soldiers liberated last week, leaving 14 civilians dead and seven others injured, presstv reported.

The development came shortly after the commander of Iraq’s elite counter-terrorism forces, Major General Ma’an al-Sa’adi, said his forces had marched into the Aden neighborhood on the Eastern flank of Mosul.

Syria: Terrorists in Homs, Idlib Surprised by Russian Navy Operation

Terrorists in the provinces of Homs and Idlib were taken by surprise when their positions came under heavy attack by the Russian Navy deployed in Syria’s waters.

Although Moscow had previously warned of its Navy’s imminent attacks on terrorists’ positions in Aleppo, terrorists in Homs and Idlib were strongly surprised by resumption of Russia’s military operation against their positions instead of Aleppo.

Analysts say what has happened in Russian’s military attacks on terrorists’ positions in Homs and Idlib is a war tactic. Russia is to tighten siege on Aleppo via targeting and liberating parts of Homs and Idlib to open roads to Southern Aleppo to dispatch more equipment to anti-terrorism forces via these road that are still under the control of militants in Homs and Idlib.

“Moscow’s decision means that Aleppo Operation will not be limited to the liberation of the Eastern districts of Aleppo city, and should rather end in the liberation of the entre Aleppo in next days,” they say.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Tuesday that Admiral Grigorovich frigate targeted terrorists in Syria with Kalibr cruise missile strikes.

“Today, we started a large-scale operation on launching massive strikes on ISIL and al-Nusra Front targets in the Idlib and Homs provinces in Syria,” Shoigu said, Sputnik reported.

According to him, Admiral Grigorovich frigate, Bastion coastal missile systems and “for the first time in history of the Russian Naval Forces” Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft-carrying cruiser take part in the military operation.

“Admiral Grigorovich frigate takes part in the operation. Today, it launched Kalibr cruise missiles on terrorist targets that had been confirmed by intelligence data and determined in advance,” the minister said at a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with top officials of the Russian Armed Forces.

Shoigu said that the Russian Armed Forces launch strikes on terrorists’ plants in Syria, especially those producing poisonous substances.

“It’s clear that it’s a well-organized industrial production, that’s why we carry out strikes on terrorist plants.” “Ammunition depots, terrorist training centers and plants producing different means of unconventional weapons are the main targets of the strikes.”

Russia’s Admiral Kuznetsov Aircraft Carrier Begins Combat Operations in Syria will continue strikes on terrorists’ industrial and military sites in Syria, Shoigu said.

The minister reminded that a large group of Russian troops were sent to the country to determine what kind of chemical weapons terrorists in Syria were using.

“The terrorists used them twice this week. In one instance, 27 people were hospitalized and three were killed, in the other case 30 were hospitalized. I mean the fighters of the Syrian army,” he added.

On November 12, the commander of the Admiral Kuznetsov said that crew of the aircraft-carrying cruiser Admiral Kuznetsov group which arrived in the Syrian coast started training flights.

On October 15, Russia’s Northern Fleet’s press service said that a group of warships headed by the aircraft-carrying cruiser Admiral Kuznetsov accompanied by the Pyotr Veliky battle cruiser, the Severomorsk and Vice-Admiral Kulakov anti-submarine destroyer, and support vessels was sent to the Mediterranean to hold drills.

Syrian Army Readying to Launch Attack on Al-Bab

The Syrian army troops and their allies are prepared to attack terrorists’ positions in al-Bab in Northeastern Aleppo, a military official said on Wednesday, adding that the army will not allow Turkey-affiliated forces to attack the strategic city.

“The Syrian air force has dropped thousands of leaflets over al-Bab city and called on people to leave the city as the Syrian army and its allies are preparing to start military operations to liberate the city from ISIL control,” the official told FNA.

He said that the Syrian government has also informed people in al-Bab through the social media that their city will be taken back soon.

The official said that while the Turkey-affiliated terrorists of the so-called Free Syrian Army (FSA) have reached to regions 1km from al-Bab and the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are also stationed in the Eastern parts of al-Bab, the Syrian army and its allies have deployed their forces at the air force college.

“The Syrian army and its allies will not allow the Turkey-affiliated forces to attack al-Bab,” he stressed.

Last week, a military source said that the Syrian army troops are about to launch a massive operation against ISIL positions in the towns of al-Bab and Deir Hafer in the Eastern part of the province to end the Takfiri terrorists’ rule in the region.

“A large number of fresh forces have been dispatched to the Eastern countryside of Aleppo to start military operation against the positions of ISIL to create a larger safe zone around Kuweires airbase,” the source said.

“Thousands of army’s special forces have been deployed in the Eastern countryside of Aleppo to take part in the liberation operation of al-Bab and Deir Hafer,” he further added.

“After recapturing Manbij from ISIL, al-Bab an Deir Hafer have turned into the largest bases of ISIL in Aleppo province,” the source said.

Experts believe that army’s operations in al-Bab and Deir Hafer that are entrance gates to Raqqa province signify the government forces plan to start an attack on Raqqa soon.

The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces started a large-scale offensive on Raqqa, codenamed Angry Euphrates, a couple of days ago.

A prominent Syrian analyst said in mid-October that the army and its allies will move to free the strategic town of al-Bab after winning full control over Aleppo city.

“End of the Aleppo battle will focus efforts on al-Bab which is the most important and last ISIL base in Northern Aleppo province, a city that despite tough clashes between the warring sides, neither the Kurds nor the Turkish forces and their allies from the Free Syrian Army (FSA) will dare to enter, given the warnings Russia and Iran have given to the Turkish officials,” Kamal Fayyadh told FNA at the time.

He underlined the high importance of the battle in al-Bab, and said liberation of the city would prevent Erdogan’s control over regions between al-Rai and al-Bab and strengthen the Syrian army’s control over its Northern borders.

“The future confrontation with the ISIL in Raqqa and Deir Ezzur as well as liberation of al-Bab means seizing back more Syrian and Iraqi territories from the ISIL hand,” Fayyadh said.
