(Before It's News)

With all the election predictions going on, we thought it would be a good idea to get a sense of where the RedState editors and contributors are at on the election. So here they are:

Erick Erickson, Co-Founder of RedState

  • Who will win the election? Hillary Clinton
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 48% for Hillary, 42% for Trump
  • What is the electoral college tally? 322 for Clinton, 216 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? Pat Toomey winning re-election
  • Final thoughts? We’re screwed for another four years.

Caleb Howe, Managing Editor

  • Who will win the election? Vladimir Putin
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 49% for Hillary, 42% for Trump
  • What is the electoral college tally? 297 for Clinton, 241 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? Pat McCrory winning re-election
  • Final thoughts? The biggest surprise is that the prediction is remotely difficult. Hillary had this walking away until she reminded people that she is Hillary Clinton and not just “not Trump.” What voters need to remember tomorrow, though, is that the most important races are down the ticket, and despite the failures of party leadership, there are good, hard-working, conservative Republican candidates across the country who deserve your vote. Don’t let them, and America, down.

Jay Caruso, Assistant Managing Editor

  • Who will win the election? Hillary Clinton
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 47% for Hillary, 42% for Trump
  • What is the electoral college tally? 312 for Clinton, 226 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? GOP maintains control of the Senate.
  • Final thoughts? It’s depressing. Looking at what a horrid candidate, Hillary Clinton is, I can’t but help to think what could have been? The GOP could have won with almost any other candidate and yes, that includes Ted Cruz, who some people foolishly say is no different than Donald Trump. It was almost a gimme and the GOP, particularly Reince Priebus and people who voted for Trump in the primaries, blew it.

Dan Spencer, Senior Contributing Editor

  • Who will win the election? Donald Trump
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 48.5% for Trump, 48% for Hillary
  • What is the electoral college tally? 270 for Trump, 268 for Hillary
  • One election surprise to look for? Florida
  • Final thoughts? It all depends on Florida.

Joe Cunningham, Senior Contributing Editor

  • Who will win the election? Hillary Clinton
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 52% for Hillary, 46% for Trump
  • What is the electoral college tally? 281 for Hillary, 257 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? Senate goes 50 Democrats, 50 Republicans
  • Final thoughts? It’a still not Christmas yet. Celebrate Thanksgiving first, you damn commies.

Neil Stevens, Senior Contributing Editor

  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 48% for Hillary, 45% for Trump
  • What is the electoral college tally? 297 for Hillary, 242 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? Arizona
  • Final thoughts? I’m staying home

Streiff, Senior Contributing Editor

  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 52% for Hillary, 46% for Trump
  • What is the electoral college tally? 278 for Hillary, 260 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? GOP keeps the Senate
  • Final thoughts?

Bill S, Senior Contributing Editor

  • What will the popular vote percentage be? 49% for Hillary, 46% for Trump
  • What is the electoral college tally? 310 for Hillary, 228 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? Jesus descending from on high to make the entire thing irrelevant

  • What will the popular vote percentage be? Low 50’s for Hillary
  • What is the electoral college tally? 270 for Hillary, 262 for Trump, 6 for McMullin
  • One election surprise to look for? Republicans hold the Senate
  • Final thoughts? Other than a blocked path for the two top parties, there was going to be no way to save this nation from the dire mistakes of this election season.

Andrea Ruth, Contributor

  • Who will win the election? Hillary Clinton
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? Hillary 49%, Trump 47%
  • What is the electoral college tally? 304 for Hillary, 234 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? Amie Hoeber unseating Democrat Congressman John Delaney in MD-6
  • Final thoughts? This is all just a wild ass guess unless I turn out to be right.

Kimberly Ross, Contributor

  • Who will win the election? Hillary Clinton
  • What will the popular vote percentage be? Hillary 49%, Trump 46%
  • What is the electoral college tally? 296 for Hillary, 242 for Trump
  • One election surprise to look for? Trump accepts his loss with grace, dignity, and without using the word “tremendous”.
  • Final thoughts? No matter who wins, let’s learn from this year, conservatives. Demand better.
