On “Late Night” with Seth Meyers, the host looked to blindside his guest, the Senior Advisor to the President, on Tuesday night, over the CNN Report about an intelligence briefing focused on Russian attempts to blackmail President-elect Donald Trump. This is the same unsourced document that Buzzfeed has now published in full.

What I love the most is Seth Meyers undying smugness throughout the exchange. Smirking as he tried to “catch” Kellyanne off her game, needless to say she is having none of it. When Myers thinks he has a real gotcha moment, he slaps her with the questionable intel report, Conway’s retort is masterful…

“Well, guess what hasn’t happened, Seth, nobody has sourced it. They’re all unnamed, unspoken sources in the story. It also says that groups that wanted Hillary Clinton to win may have been involved in the investigations themselves. And, most importantly, it says the FBI is trying to confirm it. So, nothing has been confirmed. As an American citizen regardless of political party, we should be concerned that intelligence officials leak to the press and won’t go and tell the president-elect or the president of the United States himself now, Mr. Obama, what the information is. They’d rather go tell the press.”
