In other words every person is expected to contribute with what their capabilities are . Almost every country in the world has expected America to solve their problems . I guess like a big brother we are supposed to take care of the bullies . But in this day and time we are fighting so many bullies that it is becoming over welming . Even tho small many of our ally countries maybe , any help could turn the tides and stop the evils ! We have almost bankrupted ourselves trying to take care of everyone else’s problems . We now need help ourselves !

guidelines for Nato members is to pay 2% of their GDP towards NATO. It isn’t mandatory and countries can invest in defense in other ways other than NATO.
