I haven’t been able to up vote or down vote comments here for what seems like about 6-8 weeks after years at BIN with no problems at all.
I also cannot submit a BUG report. It will just not go through to them.
Comments here used to have different number amounts of votes. Now usually all I ever see is 1 up vote on any single comment, but most times I see no votes at all on most comments.
That would make it appear there are other people here unable to up vote or down vote comments.

Baloney…the russians DO understand correctly that climate change is “macrocosmic” – it is SOLAR cycle driven, more specifically – “Solar Oscillations” which correlate historically with MAx Planck Institute solar data, and Vostok Ice core environmental data going back eons. . . Which is a great excuse to promote a NWO. But the changing climate is NOT man engineered. Our contribution is tiny (<1%), not enough to tip the global scale…that should be scary enough. We may not be able to reverse a local solar system climate change on our planet.
