While Trump Quibbles, Attorney General Jeff Sessions Calls Out The Charlottesville Nightmare With Force
While President Trump quibbles and draws criticism for his inability to specifically call out white nationalists, Attorney General Jeff Sessions is taking a more forceful position.
According to a report in the New York Times this morning, Sessions has called the attack “evil,” and says it meets the definition of an act of domestic terrorism.
Said Sessions on Monday morning:
“It does meet the definition of domestic terrorism in our statute,” Mr. Sessions said on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” referring to a fatal attack on Saturday when a vehicle drove into a crowd protesting white nationalists, killing one woman and injuring others. A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder, three counts of malicious wounding and failing to stop at the scene of a crash that resulted in a death.
“You can be sure we will charge and advance the investigation toward the most serious charges that can be brought because this is unequivocally an unacceptable evil attack,” Mr. Sessions said, adding that terrorism and civil rights investigators were working on the case.
Indeed, the horrifying event in Charlottesville, Virginia on Saturday, as well as the subsequent remarks by President Trump, where he condemned the hate and violence on “many sides,” rather than specifically calling out the white nationalist element involved in the turmoil has opened heated debate about how best to address the problem of a society that is fracturing along lines of race and political ideology.
It also prompts discussion about our nation’s past, as the continued march of the left, and the acquiescence of some Republican lawmakers, to scrub away any reminders of a national past that is uncomfortable for some, but heritage and pride for others will only cause harsh feelings to continue.
We’re not going to be able to keep everyone happy, until people learn to listen and respect the opinions and feelings of those with opposing views.
And when has that ever happened?

Jeff Sessions now must recuse himself from the prosecution because his comment shows a pre bias before even finding out the facts! Likewise, Trump was not quibbling by not being quick to blame white nationalists as the culprits!
One must remember the facts:
1. The group unite the Right had a permit as well as a Constitutional Right to protest the current actions across this country in the Let’s attempt to rewrite history! It was the Democrats who organized the Kkk! It was the Democrats who voted to keep slavery in the United States. However, now it is the Democrats fighting to hide all the evidence of their pure evil!
2. The group with the permit was not their preaching hated, but engaging in a Constitutional Right to gather together and give notice of grievance to government officials in regards to their actions!
One must remember that in truth the Civil War was about States Rights ie Individual Rights vs Federalism, not slavery, though slavery itself one just one small part of it! It was about the North forcing the South to engage in Fraud and Deception against the People by agreeing to install an illegal corporation to fleece all America of their wealth, at the bequest of the Crowne for which they had sworn loyalty! ie it was an internal coup against America, because England learned they would not be able to win a Toe to Toe physical battle with the Americans!
We never won our freedom! The queen even signs off on our so called social security! Ask yourself why would the queen of england need to sign off on the actions of the social security organization?
Why and how did these same criminals in the North install Commerce Law upon the people and work even this day to suppress the truth of them trying to circumvent the People’s Common Law and Rights by said use of Commercial Law and Commercial Courts for which the People have never knowingly consented to any such action, as required by true law!
Let it be known the Unite the Right, even if you disagree with them, had not only a Constitutionasl Right
They not only had a Constitutional Right to voice their opinion in public, despite whether anyone agree with them or not!
It was Antifa and their cohorts that were engaged in deprivation of Constitutional Right, through use of physical force, which is both Anti-American and illegal! Likewise, those who gathered with Antifa to promote violence against anyone engaging in the deprivation of rights should be charged as enemies of the state!
Whenever one engages by promoting violence against others in order to suppress speech they prove that they themselves are unamerican…ie Anti-American and should be charged as such!
I myself do not like or agree with Black Lives Matter, yet constitutionally I would fight to ensure that no one could use force against them to engage in free speech!
That is the difference between the Constitutional Right standing up for Inalienable Rights equally FOR ALL and the left Soros funded propaganda engaging in the use of force to suppress anyone else’s voices that do not agree with them. In truth this is Facism tactics being used by antifa for which they are claiming the the Right as Facists! The true Facists as shown by their action to suppress Constitutional Rights of free speech ius Antifa members themselves!
