The Syrian Arab Army liberated the Town of Abu Qator, Abu Liyah and Jib Habal further tightening the noose on besieged Jihadist militants in central Syria… All three settlements are located to the Southeastern of the strategic Town of Jibb Jarrah… The Syrian Arab Army killed more than twenty Isis fighters… The Syrian Arab Army targeted Isis militants retreating from the newly secured Towns with Artillery and missiles… Also the Syrian Arab Army alongside National Defence Forces secure three more settlements, the Madhirfah Janoubyah, Rasm al-Sabaa, and Mazare al-Saiyad located East of Um Jame, which itself is near the strategic Town of Jibb al-Jarrah…

Syrian Army Takes Control of ISIL’s Key Base in Homs-Deir Ezzur Front

The Syrian army troops continued their military operations against ISIL, and managed to capture the terrorist group’s strategic base along Homs-Deir Ezzur Road.

The Syrian Army scored an important victory in Deir Ezzur province, following their large-scale military operation along the Sukhnah-Deir Ezzur Highway.

The army units managed to advance from the direction of the newly-liberated city of al-Shoula towards al-Malha and drive out the ISIL terrorists from the region after tough battle.

The Syrian Army is now only 10km away from the strategic Panorama area, which is the last stretch of highway under ISIL’s control.

In a relevant development earlier on Saturday, the Syrian Army soldiers drove ISIL terrorists out of more positions in an energy field region after hours of heavy fighting in Eastern Homs in their push towards Deir Ezzur.

The army men stormed ISIL’s defense lines in surrounding of the recently-liberated town of al-Sukhnah and managed to free a gas field 5km far away al-Sukhnah along the road to Deir Ezzur.

In the meantime, other units of the army engaged in fierce clashes with ISIL near the captured gas field and took control of several hills and houses 3km away from the gas field.

Relevant reports said on Saturday that the army soldiers managed to prevail over terrorists’ defense lines and entered the town of Humeimeh from the Southern and Central directions, inflicting heavy casualties on the militants.

Field reports said that the army units are advancing against ISIL in the Northern part of the town.
