Creeps Of The Day: Congressional Muh Dik, Charlie Rose Fired, Another Jew Journalist Down

First off, I just want to say that of the numerous allegations that have come forward recently, exactly zero surprise me – again, exactly zero.

My opinion (seemingly now backed up by fact) is that Congress is nothing more than one giant corrupt cesspit that seems more focused on degeneracy and subversion than actually helping the nation at large.

In fact, I would go so far to suggest that perhaps we would all be better off if this entire governmental system were to be scrapped forthwith due to obvious and overwhelming failure.

It may be a bit turbulent of a time, but just think about it – “muh dik” would no longer be the dominant feature of the news cycle.

Michigan Rep. John Conyers, a Democrat and the longest-serving member of the House of Representatives, settled a wrongful dismissal complaint in 2015 with a former employee who alleged she was fired because she would not “succumb to [his] sexual advances.”

Documents from the complaint obtained by BuzzFeed News include four signed affidavits, three of which are notarized, from former staff members who allege that Conyers, the ranking Democrat on the powerful House Judiciary Committee, repeatedly made sexual advances to female staff that included requests for sex acts, contacting and transporting other women with whom they believed Conyers was having affairs, caressing their hands sexually, and rubbing their legs and backs in public. Four people involved with the case verified the documents are authentic.

Conyers confirmed he made the settlement in a statement Tuesday afternoon, hours after this story was published, but said that he “vehemently denied” the claims of sexual harassment at the time and continues to do so.

“Dat ho’ lyin. Man, Ah’s a big empowered Black man wit all dat bling an’ sheeeiit. Ah’ gits all dat pussy. Ah’ ain need no broke azz thot.”

While this statement cannot be one hundred percent verified, multiple anonymous sources cite its authenticity.

And the documents also reveal the secret mechanism by which Congress has kept an unknown number of sexual harassment allegations secret: a grinding, closely held process that left the alleged victim feeling, she told BuzzFeed News, that she had no option other than to stay quiet and accept a settlement offered to her.

“I was basically blackballed. There was nowhere I could go,” she said in a phone interview. BuzzFeed News is withholding the woman’s name at her request because she said she fears retribution.

Last week the Washington Post reported that Congress’s Office of Compliance paid out $17 million for 264 settlements with federal employees over 20 years for various violations, including sexual harassment. The Conyers documents, however, give a glimpse into the inner workings of the office, which has for decades concealed episodes of sexual abuse by powerful political figures.

Now, while I understand that the Post is not our best friend by any stretch of the imagination, I wonder if we can come to an agreement (one group of journalists to another) that would let us know if certain names (Lindsay Graham, Mitch McConnell, John McCain, and Paul Ryan cough, cough…) are on the list of settlements.

The woman who settled with Conyers launched the complaint with the Office of Compliance in 2014, alleging she was fired for refusing his sexual advances, and ended up facing a daunting process that ended with a confidentiality agreement in exchange for a settlement of more than $27,000. Her settlement, however, came from Conyers’ office budget rather than the designated fund for settlements.

Congress has no human resources department. Instead, congressional employees have 180 days to report a sexual harassment incident to the Office of Compliance, which then leads to a lengthy process that involves counseling and mediation, and requires the signing of a confidentiality agreement before a complaint can go forward.

After this an employee can choose to take the matter to federal district court, but another avenue is available: an administrative hearing, after which a negotiation and settlement may follow.

Very interesting considering the fact that Congress played a huge role in pushing the human resources concept within normal non-governmental workplaces, and allowed subsequent attacks on Whites for literally anything even remotely considered “discrimination.”

But this is how modern Liberal Democracy operates – one rule for me, and another rule for thee.

The same applies to the media – another pillar of society that seems to lack even a semblance of good under all the rot.

Talk show host and journalist Charlie Rose was fired Tuesday by CBS News, PBS and Bloomberg in the wake of eight women accusing him of sexual harassment and unwanted advances in a report in The Washington Post.

“A short time ago we terminated Charlie Rose’s employment with CBS News, effective immediately,” said a statement posted to Twitter from CBS News President David Rhodes. “This followed the revelation yesterday of extremely disturbing and intolerable behavior said to have revolved around his PBS program.”

In a statement, PBS also announced it had ended its relationship with Rose, whose self-titled interview show began airing in 1991.

“In light of yesterday’s revelations, PBS has terminated its relationship with Charlie Rose and cancelled distribution of his programs. PBS expects all the producers we work with to provide a workplace where people feel safe and are treated with dignity and respect,” PBS said.

Bloomberg TV confirmed it had severed ties with Rose, but had no further comment as of Tuesday afternoon.

The claims made against Rose, 75, in The Post’s report included groping female acquaintances and walking around naked in their presence. The women were either employees at the “Charlie Rose” show or aspired to work for the show in allegations spanning from the late 1990s to 2011, according to the newspaper. Three women were on the record and five were anonymous.

So whipping out his schlong and acting like a Black in heat?

Again, not surprising when you consider how the media is skewed to allow the rise of only those who work for the interests of a (((select few))) – it’s well-known that Leftists and Cuckservatives are more open to acts normal society would consider deviant and/or just plain weird.

Like surprising a woman by sticking your filthy Jewish tongue down her throat without any sort of flirtation signal – sorry, Glenn Thrush, but that’s not going to work no matter how much you help to push Feminism in your public writings.

Sexual harassment claims against yet another powerful man in media inspired New York Times White House correspondent Glenn Thrush to post an impassioned note on his Facebook page in October, calling on his fellow journalists to stand by women entering the field.

In the post, which linked to an article about the latest accusations against political journalist Mark Halperin, Thrush wrote, “Young people who come into a newsroom deserve to be taught our trade, given our support and enlisted in our calling — not betrayed by little men who believe they are bigger than the mission.”

It was a noble statement — but some Washington journalists I spoke to say it rings hollow, given Thrush’s own behavior with young women in the industry.

“He kept saying he’s an advocate for women and women journalists,” a 23-year-old woman told me, recounting an incident with Thrush from this past June. “That’s how he presented himself to me. He tried to make himself seem like an ally and a mentor.”

She paused. “Kind of ironic now.”

Thrush, 50, is one of the New York Times’s star White House reporters whose chronicles of the Trump administration recently earned him and his frequent writing partner Maggie Haberman a major book deal.

Thrush and the young woman met at her colleague’s going-away party at a bar near the Politico newsroom, she told me,and shared a few rounds of drinks in a booth. The night, she said, ended on a Washington street corner, where Thrush left her in tears after she resisted his advances.

The encounter was troubling enough to the woman that her friend Bianca Padró Ocasio, also 23 and a journalist, confronted Thrush about his behavior via text message the next day.

“I want to make sure you don’t lure young women aspiring journalists into those situations ever again,” she texted. “So help me out here. How can I do that?”

Thrush was apologetic but defensive.

“I don’t lure anybody ever,” he wrote, according to screenshots provided by Padró Ocasio. “I got drunk because I got some shitty health news. And I am acutely aware of the hurdles that young women face in this business and have spent the better part of 20 years advocating for women journalists.”

If Thrush is acutely aware of what young women face in the business of political journalism, he should also know it’s because he himself is one of the problems women face. Five years ago, when Thrush and I were colleagues at Politico, I was in the same bar as Padró Ocasio’s friend — perhaps the same booth — when he caught me off guard, put his hand on my thigh, and suddenly started kissing me. Thrush says that he recalls the incident differently.

Three young women I interviewed, including the young woman who met Thrush in June, described to me a range of similar experiences, from unwanted groping and kissing to wet kisses out of nowhere to hazy sexual encounters that played out under the influence of alcohol. Each woman described feeling differently about these experiences: scared, violated, ashamed, weirded out. I was — and am — angry.

Let’s just watch this whole dumpster fire continue to spiral out of control – the whole nation can watch as we see thousands of condemnations of poor Roy Moore for something totally unproven that allegedly occurred 40 years ago, while creep after creep after creep scurries by after being hit with dozens of accusations.

If this doesn’t get people asking questions, or at least starting to wonder what in the hell is going on, then they are most likely beyond any form of redemption.
