Morning Joe Host Admits Americans Agree With Trump On Immigration Proving Anything Is Possible

I know! I didn’t believe it when I first saw read it too, but sure enough it happened.

MSNBC’s Morning Joe isn’t exactly the place you go for fair analysis of the Republican party and its policies, but on Wednesday some planets must have aligned, or a pig flew somewhere, because host Joe Scarborough admitted Trump is right about the hot button issue of immigration.

Not only did Scarborough admit Trump is right on immigration, he even went so far as to point out that the media is completely disconnected from what the American people want.

“Lot of people in the media may not like it. I talk about this massive disconnect between where Americans are on immigration and where the media is on immigration, where elites are on immigration,” Scarborough said. “Most Americans agree with Donald Trump and Stephen Miller’s view of immigration.”

“Whether you want to call it chain migration. Whether you want to talk about the lottery, whether you want to talk about only wanting highly skilled immigrants in this country,” he continued. “There have been a lot of polls out over the past couple weeks and none of them are good news for Democrats.”

He is correct. Polls polls have been showing that Americans not only want to bring the hammer down on illegal immigration, but legal immigration as well. These are surprising polls…if you work in the media.

Scarborough continued by saying Pelosi, despite all her trumpeting of DACA, aren’t exactly in line with the views of the American people.

“Don’t shoot the messenger, read the polls, most Americans are far closer to Stephen Miller’s views on immigration than they are Nancy Pelosi,” he concluded. “That’s just the political reality if you look at the polls.”

This is an extraordinary day, when an MSNBC host can not only admit Americans fall in line with Trump on something, but that the media lives in its own bubble. This inspiring moment of courage and daring from Joe Scarborough proves that if you can dream it, you can do it.

Go find that cute girl you like and ask her out on a date. Go try out for that play, or even go after that dream job you’ve always wanted. If an MSNBC host has the courage to defy his network’s narrative, then you can have the guts to be daring too.
