Coulter Versus Pirro: Two Trump Loyalists Battle Over Trump’s Omnibus Betrayal

It was a hilarious battle of two mindless, nattering Trump harridans.

Both Ann Coulter and Jeanine Pirro have obliterated any dignity or credibility that may have had, at one point, by lowering themselves to something beneath sewer-level, in order to defend and support Donald Trump.

Ann Coulter lost me when she said Trump could perform abortions in the White House, as long as he built a border wall.

Pirro is so over-the-top sycophantic and groveling, it’s hard to remember a time where she could have been considered reasonable.

Trump’s signing of the $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill did little to nothing for conservatives, or the right. Liberals made out like gangbusters, with a fully funded Planned Parenthood, a long list of foreign aid, nothing to fix immigration, and only a token amount for Trump’s mystery wall.

Coulter came into her interview with Pirro loaded for bear and ready to rip her former idol to shreds.

Pirro attempted to defend by building up a wall of utter stupid, like saying Trump was the hardest working president to ever hold office.

She went as far as to say he never slept, but just worked and worked.

First of all, he’s spent more time golfing in his first year than Obama did in nearly his entire presence. He carves out the first few hours of the day, just to play on social media, and calls it “Executive time.”

But I digress.

Ripping him for his campaign trail rhetoric, Coulter let go:

“We thought that perhaps he was not the world’s greatest negotiator but a negotiator and we got nothing,” Coulter told Fox News’s Jeanine Pirro, who defended Trump.

Coulter said the president is betraying the promise he made during his presidential campaign to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Trump has attempted to puff up the token amount for the wall – $1.6 billion – as a win. It has been dedicated to shoring up fencing that is already present on the border.

While giving credit the Republican lawmakers who voted against the bill, saying maybe we could vote for one of them as president, Coulter pointed out that the buck stops with Trump.

“There was only one guy who said at every speech, at every rally, for two years that he would build the wall,” Coulter said. “He has now signed a bill to prohibit building the wall.”

Pirro pointed out that it was the Republicans who didn’t fight hard enough for Lord Trump.

“But we knew that. We knew that from Trump’s campaign. We knew they were swine,” Coulter responded. Coulter, a supporter of Trump during the campaign, has since become an outspoken critic.

I would suggest that if you see Trump pulled a fast one on us all, you stop giving him more credit than anyone else, so maybe it’s not the others who are “swine.”

Pirro attempted to frame North Korea as a bigger threat than our southern border, but was quickly shut down.

“There is no more crucial attack on our national defense than the fact that we don’t have a wall,” Coulter argued.

She pointed out that North Korea is China’s problem, while Mexico is ours.

“He has money to spend on national defense and this is a much bigger problem of national defense,” Coulter added.

Coulter wasn’t wrong. She pointed out that Trump, as president, has the power to secure the border, but his signing this bill that hobbles attempts to pay for a border wall proves he never intended to secure the border.

She’s coming around slow, but she’s coming around.
