Epstein Rushed $100K Cement Mixer to Island Just Before Damning Expose Published; Was He ‘Literally Covering up Evidence?’

According to The Daily Mail, three weeks before the Miami Herald published their November 28, 2018 expose which ultimately led to Jeffrey Epstein’s July arrest, he expedited the delivery of a $100K cement mixer to Little James Island. Epstein paid for the truck up front on November 7, 2018 and sent it with an express bill of lading which is “an unusual and expensive way of shipping an item so that it arrives quickly.”

The Miami Herald’s expose consisted of a series of articles called “Perversion of Justice” which can be read here.

The Daily Mail reported:

Among the other items that Epstein had sent to Little St. James in the US Virgin Islands was a dentist’s chair complete with all the parts.

Epstein also sent a tile and carpet extractor that weighed 191 pounds from the US Virgin Islands to his New York home on March 11 this year.

Four months later he was arrested at Teterboro airport near New York and indicted on sex trafficking charges.

There could be a perfectly reasonable explanation for why Epstein needed an cement mixer on his island. It is said that there are construction projects initiated from time to time on Little James Island as well as the adjacent island which he also owned.

However, the immediacy of this shipment and the timing of the damning expose make it seem suspicious. Epstein’s girlfriend had told an acquaintance that the island was “wired-up.” I wrote about that here. It’s long been “speculated that Epstein had underground tunnels or facilities on his island, while the drone footage reveals what appear to be several hill-side doors.”

A shipping expert told the Daily Mail that Epstein could be “literally covering up evidence.”

Shipping data analyst William George said:

While the purchase of the cement mixer on its own is not suspicious, particularly given the reported and approved repair of cisterns on Little St. James, both the timing of the shipment and the fact that it’s the only item in our records shipped with an express bill of lading do raise concerns.

The shipment arrived Epstein’s island on November 7th of 2018, 21 days before Julie Brown’s expose was published in the Miami Herald and 23 days before Epstein allegedly began to try to pay off witnesses.

Considering both the scope of Brown’s article and the urgency of the shipment, the possibility that the cement mixer was used to literally cover up evidence cannot be discounted.

Drone video footage of the cement mixer taken by YouTube user Rusty Shackleford can be viewed below. It appears buried in a storage warehouse behind some other equipment, however its barrel drum and other distinctive features can be made out. (Via Zerohedge.com)
