Britain has begun RACIST DNA collection of Their Black Population. WHY???

Vatic Note:  This article and video is misnamed and misleading.  There is nothing in here that proves or even suggests that the DNA is changing (which doesn’t mean its not changing, for better or worse, its just that it is not contained in this video).  Having said that, I put this up to show what this video is really indicating to us, and it is that The British royal families Fascist racism has filtered down into the system that is suppose to be democratic and freedom oriented.  This proves that is true only for the Royal Britains and their cattle assets who do their bidding, and not the Blacks or lower class whites.   I am wondering if that will be coming to America soon.  This is pure fascism if I ever saw it.  My BIG question is WHY??  WHAT NEFARIOUS PLAN DO THESE RACISTS HAVE FOR BLACKS???  
I was arrested under false charges and never charged because there was no probable cause, just an attempt by the PTB to use some of their mind controlled minions to try and bring us down for our politics and they arrested me with no charges, but they collected my DNA because I am an obvious dissident.  That is the danger of all of this.  I had done nothing wrong, they just wanted my DNA and that is the only reason I got arrested.   
I will be suing to get my DNA removed proving the arrest itself was a bogus and intentional fraud upon the court and myself and the bail money back along with pain and suffering.  My Question is,  ”What nefarious purpose is involved in this fraudulent collection of our DNA?”  Do they intend to manipulate that DNA and then reinsert it???  If so, then what manipulation is intended and what will the result be to our humanity or to our various races….. I keep thinking of the Irish where the British royalty are concerned,  they hate them? 
Do they plan on inserting a bioweapon by genotype as outline in pax americana paper by the neocons in the New American Century think tank,  to rid the planet of us? JUST ASKING!   I trust these black nobility trolls not at all.  We did good to remove ourselves from their control and theatre when we did….. WE must NEVER go back and we must never let those in America do the same thing.   This is a cause to stand and risk everything for in a heart beat.  Watch the video.
