Marking Barack Obama’s arrival in S. Africa and massive NObama protests against him, in Soweto, riot police dispersed the crowd with chemical weapons.
Thousands of S. Africans have turned out to protest Obama over the past two days, with more demonstrations planned for Sunday.
“NObama protestors were herded away from the entrance and now lining the old Potch road,” tweeted Versahni Pillay around 7 A.M. ET on Saturday. “Crew member tells me there were 400 at last count.”
Protesters are gathering in South African cities to ensure Obama knows he, his brand of leadership and war crimes are unwanted inSouth Africa, they say.
“You may be a great orator but we South Africans know that you are a big disappointment and a war criminal,” another Tweet says on the.#nObama Twitter feed around 8 A.M. Saturday.
One large banner with Obama’s face behind prison bars said, “Meet the World’s Top Assassin”.
Saturday, people are still camping outside the nearby hospital where human rights hero Nelson Mandela has been four times since December, mostly for a stubborn lung infection.
The man, once branded a terrorist by the United States and Britain, walked free from prison near Cape Town in 1990.

“Down with Obama,” and Down with US foreign policy,” one group of protesers chanted, according to Russia Today.
Many local and International journalists who have been camping outside the nearby Medi-Clinic Heart hospital where former president Nelson Mandela has been in critical condition, rushed to the stadium.
The #NObama Campaign has been planned for days and was trending on Twitter Friday.
“Thank you #NoObama protestors in South Africa for speaking truth, standing for justice and refusing to be fooled by the Obama myth!” tweeted Ali Abunimah on Saturday morning.
“Today a mass murderer will land on our shores. A traitor to the cause of peace-loving citizens of the world. #Drones #Terror #Spying #NObama,” another NObama tweet said.

Thanks for the humor, Morris. All I’ve seen on corporate media is how considerate he’s being (to not insist on barging in on dying Mandela) and how the protesters’ messages are confusing. What confusing about this sign: World’s Top Assassin” with a list of his war crimes?
Why is this not getting any coverage in our media?? And if there were coverage it would be described as “anti-American” protests, not anti-Obama. How ironic that even his “Home” country sees him for what he is, the country that was once so proud to have one of their own become the illegal POTUS. The country that received millions of US taxpayer dollars for numerous false front organizations, blackmail or payoff to keep silent?? Not sure what riot police chemicals are, but how ironic that Obama’s red line with Syria was the “supposed” use of chemical weapons on their citizens.

If feels great to know that anywhere he goes everyone now knows what we are dealing with here in the US. It’s a shame that this man has turned his back on so many people. He has continually sidestepped congress to do whatever he wants and he needs to answer to the American people. He needs to answer for his crimes, and the crimes he still plans to commit.
