Vatic Note: The simplist way for India to prepare is to advise their people not to take any vaccines and the government to ensure that Red Cross does not enter their country and give out their deadly vaccines. Same with the WHO organization. They are all part of the cabal in this insanity. After all, this strain of Ebola was patented back in 2009 by the CDC, at the height of the swineflu/Avian flu false flag that failed.
The powers that be knew that if they used a natural Ebola, then they were as much at risk as anyone, so they decide to create a virus that can’t be passed on except through the vaccines. That way they were ensuring their safety in this game they have decided to play.
They also created a bogus test for Ebola that showed the subject tested was infected, then they would take the vaccine and sure enough they would get the Ebola. That was caught by Liberia and Ghana and both countries kicked the Red Cross out for partaking in the scam on their people.
We don’t even know for sure if the numbers given to us are real. We have had so many failed false flags that got outted in the end, that this smells like another one, which is used to instill fear in our population, and remove attention from themselves. You can be sure some of the leaders in India are in on it. They have done countries where some of their leaders are in on the scam.

India with the population of one billion has high chances of rapid transmission of Ebola a deadly virus once it hits the crowded metropolitan cities of India. Is India prepared to tackle Ebola? Does India know that it is a Bioweapon used as a means of Biological Warfare?
Does India have any clue how the Biological Warfare would be? Does India even have any research centers that teach and provide training on how to deal with Biological Warfare?
The epidemic of the deadly Ebola virus that was born in the depths of the jungles has been spreading around the world with an unprecedented speed lately. The number of victims, according to official figures, has already exceeded a thousand people. The number of infected individuals nears almost two thousand. The WHO declared the disease as a threat of global significance. Are there ways to combat the fever?
It turns out that there is a vaccine against Ebola. Pentagon scientists were developing it for 30 years, and all the rights for the drug belong to the government of the United States. Two infected US medics received injections of the vaccine and they started recovering from the disease immediately. Why has this been made public only now?
Why is it that the USA holds all the rights for the use of the vaccine?
There can be two most obvious answers to these questions. As one can see, Ebola is a perfect biological weapon: it spreads quickly and gives nearly 100% mortality rate. Those having the life-saving vaccine can dictate any conditions to others.
The second answer is a purely commercial interest. It is enough to arrange panic with the help of the media, as it was the case with several epidemics before, such as avian flu. Afterwards, it will be possible to sell the life-saving medicine at any price.
However, Russian scientists doubt that the Americans created the medicine indeed. Russian scientists also conducted the research to study the nature of the virus to be able to create the vaccine against it. Soviet scientists, for example, Professor Alexander Butenko, was a member of the joint Soviet-Guinean expedition in 1982 and spent nearly a year in the rain forests of Guinea, when the then unknown virus was discovered.

Adopted as official policy in November 1975 by President Gerald Ford, NSSM 200 outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in those countries through birth control, and also, implicitly, war and famine. Brent Scowcroft, who had by then replaced Kissinger as National Security Adviser (the same post Scowcroft was to hold in the Bush administration), was put in charge of implementing the plan. CIA Director George Bush was ordered to assist Scowcroft, as were the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture.

One of his major sources was the Royal Commission on Population, which King George VI had created in 1944 “to consider what measures should be taken in the national interest to influence the future trend of population.” The commission found that Britain was gravely threatened by population growth in its colonies, since “a populous country has decided advantages over a sparsely-populated one for industrial production.” The combined effects of increasing population and industrialization in its colonies, it warned, “might be decisive in its effects on the prestige and influence of the West,” especially effecting “military strength and security.”

The fact is that while the wars of Europe provided motive for the exploitation of India in the past, they continue to do so even today. Indians were sent into the gas chambers wearing no more than “drill shorts and open-necked khaki cotton shirts” to gauge the effect of mustard gas on the eyes. The experiments to determine whether mustard gas damaged Indians’ skin more than British soldiers’ began in the early 1930s and lasted more than 10 years at a military site in Rawalpindi, now in Pakistan. The tests caused large numbers of burns, some of which were so damaging that the subjects had to be hospitalized.

Horowitz (1998) was deliberate and unambiguous when he explained the threat of new diseases in his text, Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola – Nature, Accident or Intentional. In his interview with Dr. Robert Strecker in Chapter 7, the discussion, in the early 1970s, made it obvious that the war was between countries that hosted the KGB and the CIA, and the ‘manufacture’ of ‘AIDS-Like Viruses’ was clearly directed at the other.
In passing during the Interview, mention was made of Fort Detrick, “the Ebola Building,” and ‘a lot of problems with strange illnesses’ in “Frederick [Maryland].” By Chapter 12 in his text, he had confirmed the existence of an American Military-Medical-Industry that conducts biological weapons tests under the guise of administering vaccinations to control diseases and improve the health of “black Africans overseas.”
The book is an excellent text, and all leaders plus anyone who has interest in science, health, people, and intrigue should study it. I am amazed that African leaders are making no acknowledgements or reference to these documents.
Remember that genetic engineering scientists have a long history of developing biological weapons in the form of infectious diseases. In an interview conducted in 2007, a prominent Russian scientist who defected to the United States told PBS Frontline that Ebola is just one of many genetically engineered bioweapons:

At the epicentre of the current Ebola epidemic is the
Kenema Government Hospital in Sierra Leone, which houses a US a biosecurity level 2 bioweapons research lab with links to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Soros Foundation.
US biodefense scientists have been working at the lab on viral fevers such as Ebola since 2011 at least.

There are two sides for each coin; India needs to deal with both. At one side it has to deal with bogus pandemics caused by false media to hype the Ebola virus for profiting corporate pharmaceuticals and at other side it has to deal with biological warfare from enemy states, for which it has to know the enemy. As the greatest warfare strategist Sun Tzu said :

This country and its youth with extreme talents have to take their future from the 70 plus politicians and ask suitable questions to shape the future of next coming generations. Since last many decades the country is on the definite path of downward slide. Every politician of every shade degrading the youth talent, armed forces talent, investigative agencies talent, police capabilities are the same one bringing their second and third generation in to power to increase internecine fights, raising the dead horse of Hindu Muslim fights even if they are carried by unscrupulous foreign intelligence agencies which serves only them.
They want to sell weapons arms to both right wing groups, Indian army and Indian police forces and willing to train both Indian Police and the Right Wing extreme groups be them Jihadi or Right Wing Hindu groups. Unless young India wakes up and come forward to take responsibility for their careers, security, secular administration, balanced development and future of this diverse country we will slide in to a state from a beacon of civilization in to something like balkanized Afghanistan.
Young India’s role is not only in finding their jobs and careers but in providing a social safe secular place and sustainable prosperity for their survival beyond them for the coming generations.
