Along with widespread blackmail of politicians, others participated believing the propaganda that communism was so evil that it justified even such extreme measures as enlisting the help of Nazi’s and utilising information gained from their horrendous WWll experimentation. through which they had already discovered a whole host of ways to control huge numbers of people. I have no doubt that further research will demonstrate that this psychopathic force was already operating before WWl and WWll having gained their wealth through exploitation and massacres of indigenous populations, stealing their resources and enslaving survivors, using the fake science of Eugenics to gain support in Europe and the UK. They managed to convinced enough of the public that these indigenous peoples were “a lesser breed” to borrow a phrase from Lord De L’isle of NAFF (In Defence of Freedom, page 2) by appealing to their sense of superiority

The very people who are documented to have authorised Mind Control Experiments in the USA for “anti-communist purposes” – Allen Dulles and William Donovan moved into the European arena as shown in the referenced text.

“Retinger’s European Movement was the main component in the CIA’s campaign to infiltrate and control the wave of political sentiment favourable to European union in the immediate post-war period. The European Movement was financed from the outset by the CIA, receiving some £380,000 between 1949 and 1953. The ClA also supported another Retinger creation, the European Youth Campaign, which received £1,340,000 from the CIA between 1951 and 1959. The conduit for CIA funding of the EM and EYC was the American Committee on a United Europe, launched in 1949 specifically to support the creation of the EM.”“ACUE’s list of officers included four top figures from the American intelligence community. The post of ACUE Chairman was filled by Bill Donovan, former Director of the CIA’s wartime predecessor, the OSS; another prominent ACUE post was held by General Walter Bedell Smith, CIA Director from 1950 to 1953.

The CIA front groups were spreading propagands and with powerful and wealthy figures on board via Intelligence organisations they gained significant control of media – movies, books, radio broadcasts, newpapers – ensuring the version of reality they wanted people to believe reached entire populations. The MKULTRA Macy conferences even enlisted cybernetics to work out such things as flicker rates for television that would put viewers into a hypnotic trance, thus creating a fake version of reality and actually getting people to believe it

Working with the support of some of the wealthiest and most powerful individuals on the planet,were many who cooperated either because they believed the propaganda and wanted to further their careers or because they were too had a psychopathic lust for power and wealth which they placed above humanity . Others were blackmailed as described above. Certain types of scientific and medical research was well funded – that which looked deeper and deeper into how humans functioned not, as many of the scientists and doctors believed, to heal mankind, but to better control them.
By the 1950′s the acceptance of Eugenics was in decline due to it’s association with the Nazi experimentation in WWll, a major feature of the 1950s was the synonymous development of Propaganda, along with Psychology which was lavishly funded in a relentless investigation of how the mind worked . . and how it could be duped. A case in point being Edward Bernays author of Propaganda utilising the principles uncovered by his uncle Sigmund Freud

 Pinay Cercle Linked to Bilderberg Group, CIA, ACUE

“Alongside the European Movement and the Congress for Cultural Freedom which functioned as mass political and cultural fronts, Joseph Retinger and the CIA created a third forum which was to be far more secretive and more influential than the EM or the CCF – the Bilderberg Group. On the 25th September 1952, a small group of eminent statesmen and dignitaries met with the aim of creating the new forum; the distinguished – and discreet – guests included from the Netherlands Prince Bernhard, from France the new Prime Minister (11) Antoine Pinay accompanied by politician Guy MoUet, from Belgium the Foreign Minister Paul Van Zeeland, from Italy Prime Minister Alcide de Gasperi and from the US General Walter Bedell Smith, CIA Director from 1950 to 1953 and member of the Board of the American Committee for a United Europe (ACUE), the funding conduit for the European Movement. Named after the venue for their first formal meeting in May 1954 in the De Bilderberg Hotel in Gosterbeek near the Dutch town of Arnhem, this international group of decision-makers still meets at least once a year for confidential discussions of world affairs. I have highlighted a few names and sentences in bold in the above and any MKULTRA researcher will spot William Donovan and Allen Dulles, as it is widely known that Donovan authorised investigation into ‘Truth Drugs’ in 1941, and that Dulles authorised MKULTRA

“In November 1941 Donovan authorised a research program to seek possible ‘truth drugs’ to aid the interrogation of agents and criminals. Among the substances investigated were scolopamine, opium, cannabis, mescaline and tetra-hydro-cannabinol acetate. The latter was used clandestinely in the interrogation of New York gangster August del Gaizo by OSS agent George H. White, apparently yielding useful information about narcotics traffickers. Although Donovan subsequently cancelled the program, its activities were later resumed by the CIA in its controversial MKULTRA campaign.Wiki“

We are told that the official story is that MKULTRA was set up as an anti-communist Project  That Dulles and Donovan with their connections to mind experimentation were also chairman and vice chairman of American Committee for a United Europe (ACUE) . Rogue Agents text goes on to explain that a third top member and officer of ACUE, Thomas Braden set up the Congress for Cultural Freedom to bring Western intellectuals together in the cause of anti-communism.

“Besides the 1949 foundation of the European Movement, the CIA’s International Organizations Division headed by Thomas Braden also created another front organisation, the Congress for Cultural Freedom, which aimed to bring together Western intellectuals in the cause of anti- Communism. The CCF would see the light of day in dramatic circumstances; on the day of the CCF’s foundation at a West Berlin conference on 24-25th June 1950, North Korea invaded its southern neighbour.. The CCF would run several features services spanning the globe: Forum Information Services in English, Preuves-lnformations in French and El Mundo en Espanol in Spanish. The CCF would also publish a range of literary magazines such as Encounter and Survey in London, Quadrant in Australia, Cuademos in Buenos Aires and Cademos Brasileiros in Rio de Janeiro. The CCF has been the subject of extensive research (10); at this stage, it is sufficient to note that the CCF would hire Brian Crozier in 1964 and would launch him as a media asset for the Western intelligence services by creating the CIA-funded news agency Forum World Features in 1965. David Teacher : Rogue Agents 2011″

Crozier is described in his Guardian Obituary as Intelligence expert, historian and journalist which seems a bit of an understatement.  As Teacher notes, Crozier, was  head of a propaganda outfit Forum World Features for the CIA. He was also a member and one time chair  of the Pinay Cercle. ( His name is mentioned in the Rogue Agents article over 500 times).

Crozier was a founder member of the ultra right wing British group NAFF (National Association for Freedom) who I mentioned in a public lecture entitled Mind Control and the UK (starts around 20 mins) . It is a presentation of my findings after an investigation into my own background, gathering facts and evidence in preparation for admitting to myself and disclosing to others that my family and I had been subjected to some direct covert intervention and manipulation.

My grandmother’s friend was a NAFF Council member who contributed a chapter to their book “In Defence of Freedom”: Edith Meadowcroft went to the same Rochdale Catholic convent as my grandmother and was best friend to her close neighbour who my mother knew as Auntie Winnie. Meadowcroft had access to my mother since she was a little girl and went on to become Lady Morrison, wife of Deputy Labour Prime Minister Herbert Morrison.

Links To My Own Background
As those familiar with my work already know, my twin sister and myself were enrolled in some mysterious NCDS research which I intend to get to the bottom of. We moved in 1962 from Rochdale, Lancashire down to Swainswick, Bath in Somerset at the age of 4 where we attended a Jesuit school. Our new home was close to three Admiralty Bases and unknown to us at the time, a large underground military base Burlington Bunker (Classified till around 2004). There are myriads of other circumstances I have drawn attention to which may be accessed at my website Researching UK Mind Control. I have long felt I had been part of some experiment as a child and to find a direct link between a Edith Meadowcroft/Lady Morrison, who had access to my mum as a child and Brian Crozier is probably significant, especially considering he was involved so closely with CIA sponsored anti-communism organisations. (anti-communism being the very excuse for covert manipulation of unwitting subjects).

Incidentally, I worked for a time as a waitress at the Athenaeum Club in Pall Mall in 1974 whilst Harold Wilson attended – as a 15 year old runaway (under a false name!)

I have never been to a psychiatrist (I dare not, I have a fear of them) but I feel I have some dissociation and possibly DID and have experienced other things that are often associated with the MKULTRA type experiments. ( I have identified, studied and followed a healing path which works for the most part.)

Prince Philip is also a member of the 1001 Club and he is known to have worked closely with Sir Peter Parker on the Commonwealth Study Group. Parker was invited to Buckingham Palace to discuss this in May 1954. Prince Philip is pictured below along with Parker at one of the preliminary meetings on ship.

Parker went on to become director of the firm my father worked for when we lived in Bath, Somerset – E Baily (sometimes spelt Bailey) & Sons (Malsters) Frome, Somerset. A contact who had a family member working at the Military Base at Corsham close to the house we lived in at Swainswick, Bath has told me Prince Philip was a frequent visitor to the base.

Parker’s wife, Lady Gillian Parker (nee Rowe-Dutton) is a trustee and founder member of the British False Memory Association.
