Today, I know at least 4 with it, and that is after living in a big city for a major part of my life, and moving to a small town of only 6,000 people. The only explanation for that is, the increase is due to man made reasons. That is why its so important to understand what is going on and how things are not hopeless, rather all we have to do is get our system to arrest those doing this.

I was 61 years old and “losing it” in many ways, when I discovered lipsomal vitamin C. I had been taking over 2 grams of regular vitamin C daily for many years but when I added lipsomal vitamin C I literally got a new lease on life. The short of it is, much more body strength, much more stamina and much more energy. I am now 64 and much better than I was at 50. You can’t buy it but have to make it. In a nutshell it is the micro encapsulation of dissolved vitamin C in lecithin. I use sunflower lecithin now because it is non-GMO but I started out with GMO soy lecithin because I didn’t know any better. Lecithin is a fat and is absorbed through the stomach wall into the blood stream, with a small amount of vitamin C encased within. Every cell in the body absorbs and uses lecithin and when the lecithin is consumed at the cellular level, there is a tiny treat inside which super nourishes the cell, the encapsulated vitamin C.
Regular vitamin C is absorbed by the bloodstream but is very quickly removed by the kidneys and many cells do not benefit since the vitamin C never reaches them. Scurvy is often localized to certain tissue, even when lots of vitamin C pills are consumed. Scurvy in muscles in and around the heart are a major cause of heart disease. Yes, it is possible to have localized scurvy with no external symptoms. I take 1.2 grams lipsomal vitaminC daily. I also take regular oral vitamin C but only for my bladder. It prevents bladder infections, that I am prone to.

this is actually a good article, a rarity on BIN. i know several people with these afflictions. it’s hard work convincing them that it’s all related to diet, specifically sugar and any and all processed foods.
cut out sugar, ALL sugar (soda, candy, doughnuts, cake, pie, etc, etc, etc), make your own meals with actual raw ingredients, get a vitamin B complex and take it daily, and watch yourself become human again. within one month you’ll feel 18 again.
