Vatic Note: This is for those who have not seen Phil Schneider before and listened to his seminars about his experiences at Dulce as a geologist, working for the Defence dept of the United States. What you will see in this video, may well explain the khazars.

I realize that is a huge leap, but there is plenty of evidence of alien abductions and experimentations on humans and this has been going on for hundreds of years according those in the know. I have recently began to suspect the khazars are definitely not human. They lack anything resembling humanity.

What what are they and is this below a possible opening door to discovering who these khazars really are and why they were created and put on this planet, possibly to do what they are doing to us. Is or was this done to create that slave race for these alien creatures who have no heart, soul, spirit, or compassion for anything living??? If so, where the hell did they come from and lets make sure we never visit there.

Phil Schneider died in 1996. Previous to his death he had been on tour across the United States speaking out about various subjects including his involvement with building a secret underground base in Dulce, New Mexico for the military.

During this time, he said to have had an encounter with a violent E.T race in the late 1970′s which would change his whole world reality immediately after. This documentary explores some of the information Phil Schneider spoke about to the public in the 1990′s by examining each claim in detail with expert opinions from Richard Dolan, Richard Sauder, Neil Gould and Cynthia Drayer (Phil’s Ex-Wife).

In this documentary you will find never before published photo’s of Phil’s Autopsy, documents about the Philadelphia Experiment from Oscar Schneider’s files (Phil’s father) and a very well explained background about Underground Bases.
